very slow I ordered online and the did all the people in line and made ma wait even though I ordered before I left my home. There no point of having online orders its pointless I would've been better off lining up. and on top she took her sweet time making it.

Today I visited the place and I ordered veggiee patty sandwich, the women who was taking my order she just chewing something thats it, not even know how to great customers, messed up my order and has cut the sandwich small not even in equal amount. I think subway owner has to trained that women I saw her first time and She was so rude. Thank you

Firstly the person working there kept the area clean ?. The high level of hygiene was very exceptional and noticeable.
For orders, I think Subway can do better. Subway employees need to pay more attention to persons ordering in store rather than focusing more on online orders. That way, the client doesn't feel frustrated or just waiting, looking at subway employee working and wondering why they're not being attended to.
Or they should have atleast two workers at the restaurant.

Came there today @10:25. Me and like 2 other dudes were waiting for the guy to finish making a customer order. Took alone like 8 minutes to finish that dude order. Then he began making an online order and ignored the line he had in the store. The 2 other dudes in line behind me decided to leave and it was just me and the employee. the guy proceed to make another online order and told me to wait??? I decided to leave after that. In total they lost 3 customers because the dude wanted to focus on online orders instead of in person orders.
The dude that worked today was mad slow and need to prioritize customers in the store, over online orders. What the point of standijg next in line while this man just ignores me and makes online order the whole time, eventually getting the food cold before the person can even pick it up. Wouldn’t it make more sense to make online orders after finishing up the 3 customer line to ensure the online order is fresh and still hot? That way you wouldn’t have waste any customers time.
Basically, stay away from online ordering from this store unless you want cold food and don’t come in this store unless you like waiting in line for a guy to take forever to take your order cause he wanna make online orders… I use to be a regular and would tip all the time (i go there a lot after work) but after this experience of wasting my time and gas, making me wait 15 minutes just so you guys can focus on online orders instead of a regular customer who literally got in the store physically , i don’t think id come back again.

It was a Nice Sub I had, it was also pretty cheap at $8.79 for my footlong. Pretty good compared to other subways which are priced way higher and Quality a little bit less. I appreciate that this subway and a few others are keeping their lower prices 😊
