I had a great experience at Subway! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and patient . My sandwich was made fresh right in front of me with plenty of toppings to pick from, and everything tasted really fresh and delicious. I also appreciated how quick the service was

I visited this Subway on and ordered a sandwich. I asked for extra sauce on the side, and was told I had to pay extra, even though I already purchased a sandwich. The staff member who served me was named Mehak.
I felt this charge was unexpected and unfair. There was no clear explanation of the policy for side sauce. I hope the store clarifies their sauce policy so future customers aren’t surprised.

This is a long overdue review from my order from July 9th. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki footlong through the Subway app, selecting extra veggies, yet the sandwich had fewer than the standard amount.
I was frustrated enough to call and complain, but the staff completely ignored my concerns and brushed it off with zero accountability, pathetic service. That just made the experience even worse. If the food was bad and the customer service doesn’t care, what’s the point?
I usually enjoy Subway, but this experience really put me off. Do not spend your hard worked money and AVOID this location. Very poor service and disappointing experience.

I ordered a veggie sandwich today and I received more than what I expected thanks to the guy at the front, as far as I remember the name was meet, the taste was excellent of the sandwich because of the combination of sauces and toppings that was recommended by this guy. Overall I was satisfied with my order. So good job guys. I’ve had this subway sandwich after a really long time. And I was satisfied. Good job.
