Got Worst service from this store, so disappointed with my order asked veggie patty sub and she made veggie delight and denies to make right order ‘ she said pay extra then to add patties in your order ‘ bad experience

It doesn’t matter if you mention extra for anything, they just add the same amount or I feel less than that even. I have tried at another locations they prepare well, extra means extra for other locations not for this one.

They charged me $3 extra for my veggie and cheese. This is the only Subway whos prices are different then any other Subway I have been to in Mississauga. Plus customer service is horrible and they are cheap on their toppings!!! Hate this location

I order 1 meat ball foot long sub and the meatballs was hard as a rock , they are very cheap on veggie , as for my 1 foot long assorted the was hardly any veggie on it ! I just won’t return to this location
Never going back! Worse sub ever, no sauce and very dry.
Vegetarian options: Very bad veggie sub ! I only get 2 sauces and this time even though my husband asked there was barely a sauce or can say no sauce at all. Very bad taste and dry . We were regular customer for this location but this time very disappointed. The guy who was working there , needs training. Never going back to this location.

The customer service of the lady who was working tonight around 7pm (August 31st) is honestly so bad. This is the second time I have been to this location and she has been there. Her attitude is so flat and rude. Last time, the rice in the bowl was hard and undercooked- and both times the tomatoes were just thrown into the bowl (they're supposed to be cut up). Honestly a shame because this subway is close to a friend i visit and it is convenient to go to this location, but these interactions and service are enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
