If i could give less than 1 stars for service, I would. Absolutely horrible service. Asked for bbq sauce on the side, not in the sandwich, but the guy said hed have to charge me $1. In the sandwich i could get as many sauces I want, but if I wanted one sauce on the side (which wasn’t in the sandwich), I have to pay $1 extra? What logic is that..the guy had mentally checked out from work anyways because I went in at 9:40 when they close at 10.

Came today to get a sub after first bite bread was stale .went to ask for refund or exchange staff was very rude and would not change it or refund. He was very rude and would not stop arguing. Ended up throwing the sub in the garbage

Had a great experience at this Subway. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They made my sandwich just the way I wanted, and everything was fresh and clean. It’s nice to see such good service — will definitely visit again.

Came in on April 14th. I asked if they had gluten free bread they did. The individual working there or it down on regular bread crumbs and got the crumbs all over the paper she was going to make the sandwich on. Or the gluten free bread on top of the gluten filled crumbs and when I mentioned that it was no longer safe for someone with celiac began to tell me it was fine still at which point I left. While walking by after I witnessed the same employee repackage the gluten free bread that was contaminated and place it back on the shelf for someone else. I understand there was a risk of cross communication in the ingredients that I was taking by ordering but never have I seen such unsafe food practices when it comes to an allergen. I will never be going back to a subway again because of this employees ignorance

Yesterday i went to have a veggie patty sub. There was a girl who’s name was Komal and she greet me very well and made my sandwich with a smile even there was a rush of customers and she was there by herself. I really like the sub it was very good. Must visit this place and have sandwich from her
Great place to have food. Employees are very polite and lovely no matter how busy the store is. Chicken teriyaki is my favourite among all of them. I personally meet there owner Mr. Parmarth is also a very nice man he takes customer service and their preferences very seriously. They are also very considerate about the hygiene due to hospital location.

Ordered a veggie Sub, girl who made my sub was very generous, but the guy who wrapped my sub seemed to be very rude. Veggies were hanging outside my sub. Pretty disappointed with food packaging.
