Ordered on app before 9:30, came at 9:30 and they were already closing, even though the sign said 10. Women working was just mopping and on the phone, clearly not finished with my order. Food was also just bad, wrap wasn’t grilled because they clearly turned it off, forgot to add cheese and messed up my order.

If you guys don’t want to work properly, specify that on your stores hours. Horrible experience, never coming back.

I ordered two footlongs through the Subway app. First, they didn’t have Italian Herb & Cheese bread, so I agreed to brown. While making my sandwich, I asked the staff to add green peppers and onions before toasting — she didn’t listen and had to redo it. Then she added sauce without confirming the rest of the veggies, and closed it without checking.

For the second sandwich, she told me she was using brown bread but used white instead. When I politely pointed out the mistakes, her response was rude and dismissive. She even said, “You can take your money back,” instead of trying to fix it.

No customer service, poor communication, and bad attitude. Now I understand why this place is always empty. I won’t be returning — the owner should consider hiring staff who actually want to work.

I ordered veg delite sub and it was online order via app. There were ingredients which i did not select. Is that dependent on the shop what they will put in sub or they read the order???? Worst experience. It was waste of money.

After my own experience at Subway, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised with all the negative reviews for this location. I ordered three subs this week and all of them had issues. The first two had ingredients that weren’t requested. Both had cucumbers which ruined the taste of the sub. The last sub, a pizza sub, had Nashville hot sauce which was supposed to be on the other two subs. That sauce made that sub unbeatable for our child.

I completed an online form about our Subway experience. It said I would hear from the manager within days. That never happened.

With so many other options in that plaza, next time I’ll spend my money at places like Bar Burrito, Pita Pit or Pizza Hut.

Disgusting place and people. I was very polite with the workers and they were so rude and disrespectful. I was eating and they kept looking at me and laughing in their language. I have a disability and I was very offended with their actions. The place had garbage and food everywhere. Shame on you guys.

Workers were rude, food was nasty, place was gross, had a bad attitude towards me workers were laughing at me because I asked my dad for money and they were talking in their language the whole time staring and laughing at me. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DISGUSTING AND RUDE.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway. I placed a pick-up order and accidentally selected the wrong location on the app. When I called, the worker assured me that if I came in, they would still make my order. I arrived an hour later, only to find out they never even started making it. Instead of fixing the issue like any decent business would, the worker admitted he assumed I just wouldn’t show up—despite telling me on the phone my order would be ready.
When I expressed frustration (which, by the way, was completely justified after fasting all day, working, and waiting for an hour for food that should have been ready), the employee had the nerve to call me “mental in the head” and “crazy” for being upset. Excuse me? That’s how you treat paying customers? To top it all off, when I finally got my food, the onion rings were still frozen and cold. Not just lukewarm—completely inedible. If they can’t even serve something as simple as onion rings properly, I don’t even want to think about how they handle the rest of the food. Horrible service, rude employees, and an overall disgusting experience. I wouldn’t trust this place to make a simple sandwich, let alone handle customers with any level of professionalism. Avoid this place unless you want to be insulted and served frozen food.

I just visited the Subway store located at 925 Rathburn Rd E, Unit C7, Mississauga, ON L4W 4C3. While trying to ask a few questions about the menu options, as I was unfamiliar with them, the staff member assisting me raised their voice and said, ‘What do you want?’ in an unprofessional and rude tone. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. I expect better customer service and hope this issue will be addressed to ensure a more welcoming experience for future patrons.”

my lunch breaks they always have fresh ingredients the customer service is always great Lavleen is an awesome employee here he always greets me with a smile and ask me how’s my day is going and he makes the best sub I recommend this place 10/10 food and 10/10 customer service
