My experience today at 12:45 PM was terrible. I asked for a Veggie Delite sub, and when I realized the sauces used (Aioli + Ranch) contained egg, I politely asked for a remake because the person I bought it for cannot eat egg.
The two girls working were extremely rude. They refused to remake the sandwich, saying “bread count hunda,” and kept insisting on their “policy” while giving zero customer service. They treated other customers nicely but treated me as if my issue did not matter. They refused to call the manager, refused a refund, and ignored me completely while serving other customers.
I stood there asking for help and got no solution at all. This is not how a professional Subway should operate.
I will be filing a formal complaint with Subway Corporate.

Very nice and clean subway in the area. Good thing about this place is lady is very kind her name is Shabane. Very polite and she always makes a nice sandwich. I really recommend this subway in Dundas and Winston Churchill area.

I wish I could give minus rating this store... Ordered a veggie delight but it should just be named delight without veggies....the lady serving on counter didn't put veggies properly even when asked by my multiple times ....sub almost looked as if it was empty bread....even the sauce was hardly put on subway.............after making the sub she didn't even put that in a a bag and I had to ask for each and everything ....looked like they want to save money on veggies, sauces and everything......the cutlery and tissue boxes were empty.....probably the worst location I saw in these past 4 years so far ...do not go here to waste money...it's like u r just paying for bread... something that they cant shorten
