I've been a regular customer at this Subway location for my work lunches, but today's experience was absolutely appalling. The employee who served me at approximately 1:28 PM on January 9th was incredibly rude. She slammed my sandwich on the counter, rolled her eyes, and displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. I requested 6 inch of subway and it was clearly 4.7 inches. I could measure that with my eyes. I asked for another one and she argued about it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a business that relies on repeat customers. I strongly advise the owners to provide proper customer service training to their employees. This negative encounter has completely soured my impression of this location. VERY DISAPPOINTING

If you like over paying for your sub then go here otherwise skip this location. Their prices are ridiculous compared to Lisgar location. One example is their Canuck classic being 9.19 or something and it’s typically 7.69 for a six inch sub. 15 and change plus tax for the foot long compared to 13.19 at the lisgar location.
Owner needs to stop pocket gauging. I despise owners like this. Pathetic

They should probably shade the ingredients, the window in front has the sun cooking the lettuce and other stuff. Still pretty good, professional staff.

They give your sandwiches in these baskets on top of paper if you're eating there and I don't think that's very sanitary especially because the baskets are reused. Really stingy on the portions too. I asked for black olives and the person literally plucked 4 olives and placed it on my sandwich.

Always I like their staff, and the smell coming from the food is so nice
watch what they charge you. I've been overcharged and they knowingly did it and didn't give me a receipt. I grabbed the receipt myself and asked them: "Excuse me, I think you.." and the lady quickly interrupted me and said "i know, just wait", as she helped another customer and cutting me off before i said "overcharged me".then she refused to give me the full refund because she said "beverages are not taxed" which is a complete lie
