Came in to get a sub platter. Lady at front was eating her lunch and told me she cannot make 5 subs unless I give her 24 hour notice. There was no customer but me so I was kinda shocked why she couldn't make it as it was only 1 platter. Went to the subway at across street at Confederation and got the platter right away. Your employees are refusing to give your store business.

Please aware your employees that combo means sandwich, side and drink there is no combo only with sandwich and side I told her to do combo with chips she told me u didn't asked for drink I said combo comes with side and drink both she said no there is a option between cookie, chips, bottled drink and fountain drink only one of this but if we take from any other store combo contains 3 items it costed me more taking it separately

Had placed online order, sandwich wasn’t created as per my selections and to make it worse, worker divided 1 patty into 2 and used that for the footlong instead of using 2 full patties. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I usually grab a sub from various Subway locations once or twice a month. I had the pleasure of having my sandwich made by Raman last week. It was one of the most delicious sandwiches I have had in a long time. Thank you for the great sandwich Raman. It had the right amount of toppings and condiments.

Terrible customer service, the worker messed up our sandwiches and refused to make them again and was being arrogant with us. We asked to talk to a senior and just ignored us. Finally after half an hour of arguing she just moved stuff from both sandwiches into a new one which had other toppings still mixed into it instead of just making us a new one or giving a refund

Not a place I would ever return to a few months apart I ate there got sick both times it’s a shame. It’s the only subway in my neighbourhood will never eat there again.!! Their bread is old and stale as well. You get to the end of the bread it’s dried out and stale. it’s a shame. I’m only like a three minute walk away from the subway thank goodness there’s other fast food places in the strip mall which will get all my my business now
