Went in for chicken teriyaki sub1) got combo, given small cup2) pop fountain out of all flavours except lemonade3) requested to be toasted and “chicken” still came out c-o-l-d4) got cookies as side, STALE. Hard as a rock5) they don’t accept subway coupons , regular prices are $$. Very obvious the franchise is all bout money in their pocketsThe cashier was nice but more training is needed.

Terrible Customer Service. The female employee was so rude. They barely gave me any sauce and showed an attitude when I asked them to put more. Would not recommend. These employees need to be retrained. Would never recommend coming here.

Very very poor customer service. Arguing with customer. I would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for a sub, ordered ONE six inch sub. Employee prepared TWO six inch due to her misunderstanding and I told her I only want ONE but she refused and started to yell, telling me I have to pay for 2 bc she believes i told her I want 2 six inch even tho I told her ONE six inch sandwich. Employee not understanding at all continues to argue telling me this is my own “fault/mistake”. Never coming coming back here again. Don’t know how an employee can talk to someone like this let alone a customer. You guys would benefit from actually training your employees so something like this doesn’t happen again.

It's a sandwich, not that difficult to make but this specific subway seems to have deep rooted issues with it. The art of making a subway sandwich. Can be taught to preschoolers and I'm sure they would do a better job than the farm animals they have working here.

Overall very underwhelming experience. Chicken was rubbery and didn't taste like chicken, also seemed stale. Quite like others have commented, veggies were barely added. Very different (in terms of food quality and taste) from subways I have tried in other locations and US.

I came to get my food on a Monday night 7:40ish. I had to wait 15 minutes to give my order due to the lack of employees working. The cashier/ chef was a very nice and respectful worker although it’s not fair that she was handling everything on her on. The owner should take action and at least have 2 people during one shift for a better customer service.

Don’t want to ruin the ratings but worth taking this into consideration: Putting only four small tomato slices, four cucumbers, and four round pickle slices on a footlong sub disappoints customers. Subway's standard is six pieces of each. It's worth charging a bit more for a satisfying experience. As a food service, prioritizing quality ensures customer happiness.

Prices are different, than other subway and very high. For same sandwich, I paid $4 extra rather than other locations. Staff told every subway has different prices, but this is first time it’s happened with me. Not recommended to go here??
