Hygiene Issue at this Specific Subway Branch. Needs Better Hygiene Practices

Subway has always been a convenient food option — their variety of fresh veggies and customizable subs are great. I appreciate that they allow you to add all vegetables without restriction, which many places don't.

However, I had a disappointing experience at one specific outlet. While the staff member was wearing gloves, I noticed that she picked up fallen vegetables from the table and threw them into the trash, then continued preparing my sub with the same gloves. This is unacceptable. Cleaning and food prep should never be done using the same gloves — it's a basic hygiene rule.

Subway should train staff better and monitor these practices closely. Hygiene is as important as food quality, if not more.

We experienced poor service at the counter. Despite already being in the store and waiting, the staff member continued to serve new walk-in customers who came in after us. This made us feel ignored and undervalued. The team really needs to improve their customer service and pay more attention to the order of arrival.

Waited 30 minutes from for my order and the guy working said he is behind on online orders. It is the worst service I have ever witnessed. I told him uber eats drivers are suppose to come and pick up the order when its done. He said he is behind. Refused to give me store information or a phone number for me to raise my complain

Yesterday, I visited This Subway location and ordered a Veggie Patty which was prepared by Rajdip, I was very impressed with his excellent services- the sandwich was presented beautifully, fresh and neatly made. And also his polite and friendly behavior made the experience even better. It was truly pleasant customer service experience.

I ordered rice bowl from this location and the guy added all veggies that were not ordered by me and the quantity of every item was very low. They should train the staff properly. Even the sauces added to bowl were like unprofessional way and quantity was very low.

I have never written a review before but I felt compelled to let you know they need to do better.The worst Subway I've ever gone to. The garbage bin was wide open, with fruit flies hovering. The floor had some kind of smeared food. The sandwich had barely any meat or vegetables. I had to ask if there was lettuce because I didnt see any. The poorest sandwich ever! Not worth the price. People work hard for their money. Do Better!!
