I’ve been coming to this Subway for over 15 years and have never experienced something this unprofessional. Tonight (between 9:30–10:00pm), me and my mom walked in, and the employee was sitting at a table with her hairnet on the table, not even on her head. When she finally came to take our order, she had AirPods in and was actively talking on the phone in her language, barely paying attention to us. We had to repeat our order several times because she was more focused on her call than the customers in front of her.

When I asked for her name, she literally said “you can hold on” and continued her phone conversation instead of addressing me. She clearly knew why I was asking, but kept talking anyway. Then at checkout, she tried offering free cookies as if that would make up for the behavior.

This was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I’ve never encountered something this disrespectful at this location. Management needs to address this immediately.
