I placed a mobile order for two of the same sandwhich with different toppings for each, and instead i got two sandwhichs with the exact same toppings. Found out when i got home, not worth going back to fix but very inconvenient

Quite possibly the worst subway location with student workers that do not like serving people. Lots of student and work permit holders that are extra rude especially on the night shift. Extremely hard to talk to and communicate due to lack of English speaking employees and when they do speak broken english, they make you feel like you are asking for stuff for free that you didnt pay for whn you already ordered and payed! Extremely sketchy location and would not recommend the night shift lady employees working here.

I wish I could put 0 stars! Literally the worst experience and rudest staff I’ve even had at a Subway restaurant. I believe his name was Jaskaran or similar as he wouldn’t say his name clearly for me. I ordered a Great Canadian Club, which comes with double cheese. The order did not come the way I ordered it, sloppily put together and missing the extra cheese as shown on the menu. When I tried to contact the store this man was so so rude to me and told me there was nothing he would do about my order. Most importantly, when I went through it the meat was bad! He refused to replace the order and said the meat was not bad. You be the judge as I have attached the pictures documenting this horrible restaurant. Don’t go if you’re expecting any decent quality or service :(

The food was amazing but what's with the heat. Me and my son were gonna dine in but it was so hot inside we had to eat in our car. I asked the lady and she said there ac is broken. It felt like I was cooking in ovens with the bread.

I just dropped in at my favorite subway location and it was a sauna in there. The AC had broke down and it was so hot in there. No one can sit and eat in there. Deplorable and inhumain for those workers.

If you really want the sub to be properly done, do not order online at this location. They skimp on the portions and won’t make your sandwich as you ordered. They always give you less quantities for online or in app orders.

I was really impressed by the over night server at this Subway. He was friendly, polite, and genuinely attentive to my needs, making sure my sandwich had exactly what I wanted. When he wasn’t serving, he was keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming for other customers. His positive attitude and commitment to great service really stood out. Highly recommend this location!

I ordered two footlong veggie subs and one foot long cookie. It took took 30 minutes to make BOTH subs and there was only one customer in the store. After I reached home, I opened my foot long cookie and found the foot long to NOT BE A FOOTLONG!!!! Attached is a picture of the cookie, but overall WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS STORE!!!!!!
