I feel sorry for the wonderful staff there. I go here about once ot twice per month. Grab a cold cut sub and chat with the staff. Subway and or the owners of locations are so fixated on profits, they forget about the value part of the equation.
Was saying to my wife that shared the sub with me, The bread seems bigger but the meat is thinner and less of it. It was like eating bread with sauce.
This makes me think about where I spend my money.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Subway a couple of weeks ago. I went to the location above to order a protein bowl. I ordered a chicken teriyaki protein power bowl. It was very tasty, however about 3 hours after I had eaten it I started to feel extremely unwell. Throughout the rest of the night, I started to feel more and more sick. Eventually I started to throw up and have explosive diarrhea. It continued for a few hours. I was very sick and felt terrible. While I was ill, it was very clear that the protein bowl I had ordered had made me sick as it all came up when I was vomiting. This is the first time this has ever happened to me from eating subway.
I emailed the head office and the location multiple times with my food poisoning issues and to date I have heard NOTHING from subway. No contact, no response, nothing.
Stay far far away from this location and the protein bowls. I wish I could give subway NO STARS for their poor handling of my issue.

I rarely rate single star, but this time I had to.
Why do we go to any food chain? Because we expect what they promote and promise.
We ordered a veggie delight sandwich with a patty, but the patty had a stale, weird smell.
I have had subs before from different locations, but this location serves stale food. This has happened to me twice.
No wonder why it got a low rating.

1 had a great experience at Subway, thanks to Parul! She was very friendly, professional, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, the place was clean, and she made sure everything was done quickly and with care. You can tell she really cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back. I placed a mobile order for two of the same sandwhich with different toppings for each, and instead i got two sandwhichs with the exact same toppings. Found out when i got home, not worth going back to fix but very inconvenient

Quite possibly the worst subway location with student workers that do not like serving people. Lots of student and work permit holders that are extra rude especially on the night shift. Extremely hard to talk to and communicate due to lack of English speaking employees and when they do speak broken english, they make you feel like you are asking for stuff for free that you didnt pay for whn you already ordered and payed! Extremely sketchy location and would not recommend the night shift lady employees working here.
I wish I could put 0 stars! Literally the worst experience and rudest staff I’ve even had at a Subway restaurant. I believe his name was Jaskaran or similar as he wouldn’t say his name clearly for me. I ordered a Great Canadian Club, which comes with double cheese. The order did not come the way I ordered it, sloppily put together and missing the extra cheese as shown on the menu. When I tried to contact the store this man was so so rude to me and told me there was nothing he would do about my order. Most importantly, when I went through it the meat was bad! He refused to replace the order and said the meat was not bad. You be the judge as I have attached the pictures documenting this horrible restaurant. Don’t go if you’re expecting any decent quality or service :(
