I recently had a disappointing experience at Subway. I ordered a specific sandwich, but when I received my order, it was completely wrong. Not only did they mix up the ingredients, but the overall quality was not what I expected. It's frustrating when you look forward to a meal and it doesn't meet your expectations. I hope they can improve their order accuracy in the future.

We ordered two meatball marinara sandwiches then my husband went to pick them up and bring them home to eat them immediately. The sandwich was cold, fine. But even the meatballs were cold and hard. I've been to this location many times before and this never happened.

I called to notify the restaurant of the cold meatballs and the employee Dilpreet Gill denied that they were cold. He also said we did not select the sandwich to be toasted, which was literally the option on the app when choosing bread 'toasted flatbread' for example. And even if the sandwich isn't toasted, the meatballs should be atleast warm, not cold and hard! I suspect they scooped some leftovers from the fridge.

Dilpreet denied we were sold cold food and his solution was for us to waste time and gas to drive back to his dad restaurant to test the meatball temperature in front of him. Meanwhile I'm more concerned if I'm going to get sick from eating this improperly handled food. The lack of accountability and regard for customer service is appalling.

Disgusting, unsafe food, waste of money, and unacceptable response. It's sad. We'll report this location at Tenth line and Thomas to Subway corporate as well as the Peel Health Inspector.
