Wow. Asked worker if a coupon worked. (I showed it to him on my phone) . He said yes and proceeded to make my sub. At the end I tried to use the free drink and chips with sub coupon. He said that I couldn’t use it and had to order delivery???!!!! By then I had had already built my sub so I had to buy the stuff separately. Don’t bring your coupons!!! Sub was overly sauced and drink fountain was
not working. Cost over 25 bucks, not coming back!

Went this morning for my subway online order and got the absolute worst experience. The lady was short with me and was unwilling to accommodate. First and last time.

Doesn’t make orders with coupons applied on the app. Owner also picks his nose waiting for the toaster oven

If you’re using a promo code like the CHRISTMAS BOGO that is going on. Do not go to this store. They cancelled our order and turned off their online ordering or put a pause to it. At first I was skeptical about the store doing this but after seeing all the reviews below. Almost so certain that they did. Will not be coming back to this subway again.

I ordered a steak and cheese sub for myself and my wife through a 2-for-1 deal, but what we got was practically a veggie sub with barely any steak meat. It felt like the staff were intentionally skimping on the ingredients because we used the deal. To make matters worse, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes after arriving to pick up our mobile order, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

The owner seems cheap, and the service and quality definitely reflect that. We won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

This is the WORST Subway on earth. I ordered two steak and cheese subs, and the man probably put half a serving of meat between the two subs. It is essentially a veggie sub that I was served instead. Not even a sliver of meat in the second half. Not only this, I placed my order through the app and went at the time I was told to go, and still had to wait. Ridiculous and more so terrible food quality. What a waste of money. Go to the Subway at Lakeshore and Cawthra instead.

THE WORST MANAGER.
Not only he charged us extra, but when we called him out, he was very rude. The service staff also complained about him to us. I don’t know if reviews can do anything, but i really do not recommend going to this Subway. It was an extremely disappointing trip.

Not only was my experience terrible in store, I thought I would call to inform them of my bad experience before taking to Google but they then had the audacity to try and tell me I was never there and they have no record of my transaction implying I’m lying ? The bread was so stale I could barely eat it. The service was poor. Their sign is not lit up at night. I will not only never be back but I will be making sure people are aware to avoid this location. Take the extra few minutes to drive down to the subway at lakeshore and Cawthra. Subway as a franchise should be ashamed of how their manager spoke to me on the phone.

Don't accept deals at store even they participated. Deals can be used for online order And in store too. I use all the time when store are participated.

I went in there , server wasn’t polite at all, i m strict vegetarian, he was making a meat sub for someone, when I requested him to change gloves he got upset and started making faces, when i was choosing what veggies to put , i was told to hurry up because there is one customer behind, I asked to cut the foot long in two separately packed , didn’t do that, will not be visiting ever again.

The staff didn't ask us about which kind of vegetables we want and the sauce as well. While we eat, he keeps staring at us, it was an uncomfortable experience.

i went to this store for my subway ordr but my hands were not clean so i preferred to go washroom first i asked the person there (vijay) for washroom he told me to ordr frist then only i can use it. i felt so embarrassed thats cheap service even i told him that i will ordr it after use then also he doesn’t let me use it so i payed first then he told me to use it even we dont have to pay a before we get our ordr ready so cheap mentality working only for money not for service what? if someone would have emergency so he have to ordr first ??
