The Guy probably the owner, does not make eye contact and probably replies from back end, if your store doesn’t participate atleast have the guts to say it loud!!
I have bought sandwich before from this store, minimal amount of meat and veggies they add to your sandwich, no matter how much and how many times you say extra!!
Would never recommend going there!!

Seriously, do NOT come here. Fake smile manager, rude when confronted about the lack of toppings. Half meat amount and extremely cheap on toppings. Waste of money and time. Absolutely the worst Subway experienced i have ever had.

Disappointing service… You go in and it’s like no one works there I had to call out multiple times and wait around. I ordered online for the new Dorito nachos and chose the option remove jalapeños and he put it on. I told him I ordered without them and he said just remove them by hand. He could’ve re made the order. No customer service at all. This m&m cookie also has ONE m&m :(

I went to this Subway on May 9th around 5:10 PM for a tuna sandwich. The cashier charged me extra for “additional cheese” — even though I never asked for it and he didn’t add any. When I pointed it out, he lied and claimed I had agreed. I clearly hadn’t, and I saw he used only the regular amount.

When he realized I caught him, he offered a free drink instead of refunding the extra charge. I later read reviews and saw similar stories from other customers — this is clearly a pattern.

It’s very disappointing that Subway allows such dishonest practices and shows poor supervision. This location — and perhaps the whole chain — deserves to be boycotted by customers until they fix their standards. We work hard for our money — we shouldn’t be cheated over a sandwich.

Wow. Asked worker if a coupon worked. (I showed it to him on my phone) . He said yes and proceeded to make my sub. At the end I tried to use the free drink and chips with sub coupon. He said that I couldn’t use it and had to order delivery???!!!! By then I had had already built my sub so I had to buy the stuff separately. Don’t bring your coupons!!! Sub was overly sauced and drink fountain was
not working. Cost over 25 bucks, not coming back!
