very disappointed with the service. While the staff were describing the ingredients in my sandwich, they specifically said “spinach,” but they actually added lettuce without telling me. Since they were listing the ingredients as they went, this felt misleading and dishonest. This experience made me uncomfortable, and I expected more transparency from the staff.

Order a veggie delight sub but the lady making it hardly put any veggies. When I told her I had a coupon she said her scanner wasn’t working and wouldn’t manually input the promo code I had. Terrible customer service.

Food safety concerns:
I recently visited this Subway for lunch with someone who has a disability. He often touches surfaces and struggles with proper hand hygiene. He also had just gone to the bathroom and I know he doesn’t wash his hands after. The staff member/owner, who is familiar with him and meant well, gave him a friendly fist bump and then immediately returned to preparing food without changing gloves.
I had to point out that his hands were dirty and that gloves should be changed before handling food again. While the interaction was friendly, proper food safety protocols should never be overlooked. If glove changes aren’t taken seriously in visible situations like this, it raises concerns about overall food handling practices. Despite the store appearing clean, I would be hesitant to recommend eating here.

The Guy probably the owner, does not make eye contact and probably replies from back end, if your store doesn’t participate atleast have the guts to say it loud!!
I have bought sandwich before from this store, minimal amount of meat and veggies they add to your sandwich, no matter how much and how many times you say extra!!
Would never recommend going there!!

Seriously, do NOT come here. Fake smile manager, rude when confronted about the lack of toppings. Half meat amount and extremely cheap on toppings. Waste of money and time. Absolutely the worst Subway experienced i have ever had.

Disappointing service… You go in and it’s like no one works there I had to call out multiple times and wait around. I ordered online for the new Dorito nachos and chose the option remove jalapeños and he put it on. I told him I ordered without them and he said just remove them by hand. He could’ve re made the order. No customer service at all. This m&m cookie also has ONE m&m :(
