I ordered a power bowl, but to my surprise, it came without rice. When we first asked about non-veg protein options, the staff member immediately said there were none, so we had to settle for a veggie patty. On top of that, the bowl arrived without rice, and the staff didn’t even bother to ask about it. It only had a few vegetables and some sauce. Very disappointing experience and felt like there was no service at all.

Today I placed Mobile order and it wasn't as I mention ,I didn't want beans but she added, moreover I want 5 sauces but there was only mayo and house sauce. Totally disappointed with my order .

I did a mobile order for pickup and the extra ingredients I paid for were not included. Avoid using their online ordering system they'll take your money and refuse to properly prepare the Ingredients or refund you for the missing part of your order.

What also caught my attention was her diligence she exercised in handling the sandwiches that I purchased; the sandwichs' contents were neatly placed and packaged. To the manager, I commend you for hiring such an associate.

As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and kindness making me feel like more than just a customer. She took the time to make sure my order was perfect and her attention to detail and genuine care was so evident. It’s rare to find someone who truly makes you feel valued as a customer and she definitely did just that. On top of that, I noticed the Subway had undergone a recent renovation and it looks fantastic! The updated space makes the place feel brighter and more modern, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
