Very good service . Employees are soo nice and help full. I saw everything the lady complained about 20 sandwiches. She totally rude to the employees. She just enter the store and start yelling on the employees. Treats them as a servant. But both employees make their order very quick and with patient. Very good service.

Had an amazing experience on Oct 7th, we ordered for an office lunch, around 15 subs and a salad. Called the store before hand to confirm ordering on the app was okay, and they answered the phone within one ring. The sandwiches were being finished as we arrived and we were able to order more when we got to the store. The 2 ladies working were very pleasant, kept the line moving with the customers and even marked all the subs with the receipt number, making it 10x easier for me when we got back to work. All of my colleagues were beyond happy with the food and I myself was very pleased with the service we received at the store. The owner even goes above and beyond by having there email available on the receipts, I havent been able to find part of my orders receipts, which I need them and the owner answered my email concern promptly and assured me they would be able to provide that to me next time they were at the store. I have recommended this location to all those in my office building for team lunches as the experience was amazing both the customer service and food went above and beyond.

It was my first time coming this store and i loved the way that employee treated. Very generous and hardworking. Handling entire store with a positive attitude and energy.
Had a wonderful 12 inch. SUB. One thing forsure she made me a regular customer to come and stop digging my craving.

whatever worker was working on wednesday at 4pm needs to have action taken against her. she messed up my order and tried to make me pay for it to which i refused and she SLAMMED the sandwich into the garbage. anyways, she starts making my new sandwich so aggressively. as i was walking out, i told her very politely and gently to improve her customer service and she made a mistake so she should’ve just fixed the mistake and moved on. she then proceeded to yell at me from across the store. completely unacceptable.

Today in the morning i went to this subway , i am vegetarian. I told one of the employee change the gloves . She changed her gloves. But … other employee she touched all cold veggies with ham and bacon gloves. When i asked her take fresh veggies from the back, she refused. Alert ‼️ for all vegetarians and vegan people. Please don’t eat blindly.

We ordered teriyaki chicken sub and one chicken sidekick. Sidekick chicken was not well cooked as well as teriyaki also and bun was also not good and the lady who took our order she's really rude. I will never come to this subway.

Just went there to pickup mobile order. Love the service and it is one of the besttt subways locations. The ingredients are always fresh. Harpreet is an amazing subway artist. Highly recommended

I asked for a 12 inch sub. When I requested lettuce, instead of refilling the empty lettuce container, the employee instead put the gross blackened scraps of lettuce remaining in the container on my bun. I immediately complained and said "are you kidding me? That lettuce is rotten" to which she replied "it's the same in the new bag". I stead of removing the gross lettuce, she instead added more on top. Please see the picture. My sandwich was full of this!!! The biggest annoyance was that she absolutely did not care, even after I complained!!!!Don't waste your money here. Groceries are pricy enough, so when you do want a little treat, it's nice if it's made with some thought, and some class.Beyond disappointing and disgusting! If your employees lack basic standards for food quality, what the hell does your storage area look like??? Perhaps Public Health should pay you a visit!!!
