This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The staff clearly don’t care about customer service. They act like you’re bothering them when you ask for something. I asked for extra veggies, and not only did they ignore the request, but they pretended to add them and just stuffed the sandwich with lettuce instead. It feels like they’re cutting corners at every step — very cheap with ingredients and not worth the money at all. If I’m paying full price, I expect to get a full sandwich, not one loaded with lettuce and barely anything else. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
Order the foot-long combo and never received my bubbly try to go back in and get it, but they denied my request. Also staff very unfriendly.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The girl making my sandwich had a bad attitude from the start. I politely asked for certain ingredients multiple times—three or four times, to be exact—and she completely ignored me or gave me attitude instead of just adding what I asked for. It felt like she was arguing with me over a simple sandwich order. This is not how customers should be treated. Definitely not coming back to this location again.
They don’t add any ingredients and the girls have zero sense how to talk to customers. Tried to have an argument with me lol had to leave fast. Aviod them
I wouldn’t recommend this Subway location. They barely added any ingredients - just two pieces of each vegetable, a tiny amount of olives, sauces, and mayo. For the price I paid, I expected a proper portion. I paid 16 dollars for one footlong and 6 inch, it’s like I am just having bread without veggies and sauces.
Why is this Subway still open if they don’t care about giving customers what they paid for? It honestly feels like it should be shut down with service like this. Rude customer service.

These guys are too cheap to put enough lettuce in a 6 inch sub, Its like eating bread by itself

Very good service . Employees are soo nice and help full. I saw everything the lady complained about 20 sandwiches. She totally rude to the employees. She just enter the store and start yelling on the employees. Treats them as a servant. But both employees make their order very quick and with patient. Very good service.

Had an amazing experience on Oct 7th, we ordered for an office lunch, around 15 subs and a salad. Called the store before hand to confirm ordering on the app was okay, and they answered the phone within one ring. The sandwiches were being finished as we arrived and we were able to order more when we got to the store. The 2 ladies working were very pleasant, kept the line moving with the customers and even marked all the subs with the receipt number, making it 10x easier for me when we got back to work. All of my colleagues were beyond happy with the food and I myself was very pleased with the service we received at the store. The owner even goes above and beyond by having there email available on the receipts, I havent been able to find part of my orders receipts, which I need them and the owner answered my email concern promptly and assured me they would be able to provide that to me next time they were at the store. I have recommended this location to all those in my office building for team lunches as the experience was amazing both the customer service and food went above and beyond.

It was my first time coming this store and i loved the way that employee treated. Very generous and hardworking. Handling entire store with a positive attitude and energy.
Had a wonderful 12 inch. SUB. One thing forsure she made me a regular customer to come and stop digging my craving.

whatever worker was working on wednesday at 4pm needs to have action taken against her. she messed up my order and tried to make me pay for it to which i refused and she SLAMMED the sandwich into the garbage. anyways, she starts making my new sandwich so aggressively. as i was walking out, i told her very politely and gently to improve her customer service and she made a mistake so she should’ve just fixed the mistake and moved on. she then proceeded to yell at me from across the store. completely unacceptable.

Today in the morning i went to this subway , i am vegetarian. I told one of the employee change the gloves . She changed her gloves. But … other employee she touched all cold veggies with ham and bacon gloves. When i asked her take fresh veggies from the back, she refused. Alert ‼️ for all vegetarians and vegan people. Please don’t eat blindly.
This is the best Subway in the area. The portions are generous and always fresh.
