Couldn’t even find it , foods cold , tomato and cucumber frozen , chips stale , the only thing that hits is the drink. From when I see it’s in a rabba convenience store I should have known red flag . I’ll never cheat on firehouse again

Highly disappointed I order a sub and the worker tells me I can’t get veggies and sauce on it when we got to the veggie station. When I explained a sub has veggies and sause she gave me a death glare. Had headphone in and talking in a different language. I felt so uncomfortable that I just left. Honestly I think they need to have better training or hire people with customer service skills.

I really unsatisfied with service, I am Vegiterian on this subway store 2/sep/2023 on 1:15pm.i be there I seen employee girl she use gloves with use meat same gloves she use for Vegiterian as well so what's meaning to make Vegiterian subway.I will never reffer to people buy subway from rabba/subway.

Slowest service ever, lady who was working doesn’t want to listen what we ask for. She messed up in making combo, we asked her to do combo in with drinks and she ringed us separately. Later we asked her for macadamia cookie and she gave m&m’s, strange thing is when we went back to tell her that you didn’t give what we order, we had already opened cookie bag and touched that m&m’s cookie, but she took back, which basically in food business we don’t take back and resell. Very unhygiene, doesn’t change the gloves until we ask for.Worst service and super slow.

I remember when a salad from subway was an actual salad. Now I get brown lettuce and such a small amount of it I'm over it.

Absolutely disgusted with this location.Tonight they have at least 20-30 fruit flies all in the display landing on the tomatoes and the rest of the open vegtables. On top of the flies all the vegetables looked rotten.The staff are clearly aware of this, I mentioned it and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said there's nothing we can do about it. This has got to be the laziest location I've ever been to. They can sit on the phones and stand there chatting but can't keep the food free from bugs. Try covering up the vegtables and clean your store it's not that hard.

Usually I have no issues with most Subway locations, but this one in particular has left me disappointed twice in a row. They don't put enough meat, you have to ask and pay for double the meat to get a decent amount. The chicken I ordered was cold and the texture felt uncooked.
