Nasty experience at this location. The tuna sandwich gave me diarrhea as they use old lettuce and toppings. The girl working this afternoon is pure attitude. Wouldn’t offer a bag for my sandwich to go… who does that? Then she starts yelling like a crazy person. We will never return!

I m really disappointed appointed today with your service. I came in to get 2 footlongs subway spend 30 dollors and your food sucks, your service is sooo worst make customer feels like leave away at the verry point of conversation. I m mentioning The time here so that manager get to know that dumb girl talking on phone while serving me and showing attitude like i did something wrong to her served me at 12:50am on 27th august 2025. I would not recommend this store at all to anyone.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE OLD FOOD!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Subway between 1–2 AM yesterday with my partner to get a sandwich. There were two girls working the night shift. One of them was nice, but the one who served us (an Indian girl) made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

My partner mistakenly said “6 feet” instead of “6 inches” for the bread size, and for some reason she got mad about it. She rolled her eyes and was very impatient while we were choosing the toppings. At the end, I noticed they had crispy onions and asked politely if I could add them. She rudely said no. My partner then asked if we could pay for it, and she angrily rolled her eyes again, grabbed a tiny bit, and threw it into the sandwich.

To make things worse, the bread was really old. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service anywhere, and it left us feeling very uncomfortable. The food was horrible, and the service was even worse.

[20 August - 9:20pm] Extremely rude server! Honestly, I have no doubt you are losing customers everyday. People who come to eat wouldn’t ever appreciate being treated this way. The girl behind the counter was totally not interested in serving at all, very rude gestures and eye rolls. I wish people don’t visit this place at all if they want to eat positively. Not to add we did not get anything to eat from here, I would rather stay hungry than have her make my sandwich. Management should look into this and maybe hire employees diligently. Seriously, very frustrated and extremely disappointed.
Even worse cleanliness and no proper care of not contaminating the veggie patties.

Recently had sub from this location. One of the worst location. Sub quality was poor. Specially ordered with more tomatoes and they just put 4. Great guys you are making money by not giving customer enough quantity. Just Checked other reviews as well about low quantity from this location and looks like they don’t care. They don’t want to improve. This is cheapest way to make money.

Too cheap subway location. …. They are saving money by not giving quantity .. i bought salad bowl its less than half … common guys don’t make us regret on choosing subway … too bad experience… don’t choose this location guys better to go another km more rather than getting disappointed

I came late night for taking my food . I am really impressed by service. Vishkha and dimple were really calm and patient. Food evrryone knows that will be fantastic but really really happy by the service of these two beautiful ladies . 🌸

My pickup was at 11am. Right now it's 11.13am. I picked up exactly at 11am . Sub was of pathetic quality. I told lady at counter that both meat is cold and sandwich is not toasted. Lady argued that the teriyaki chicken is raw, hence she needs to cook it and so it can never be cold. The statement itself is wrong, teriyaki chicken at subway is fully cooked and needs to be just warmed up and not cooked. I had to throw the sub in front of her in garbage as it was so pathetic. She refused to make a new one despite me telling her of bad quality. Pathetic customer service. Avoid at all cost

I have had the best service provided by HARPREET who was making sandwiches for us. She was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The subway were fully clean and awesome. I loved the environment. It’s close to my work so I often visits this place a lot because of the service provided by the host HARPREET. Thankyou HARPREET for serving us.
