A regular Subway restaurant at a perfect spot. The restaurant is overlooking the international arrivals area at Terminal 1 of the Pearson Airport. Service was fast and staff polite. The place could have been a bit cleaner but, given the location and the traffic it gets, a bit of messiness can be expected.

They recently increased the prices. I paid a whopping $18 for a foot long veggie combo. Absolutely nuts ! Other locations have the same combo for $13 location like the airport rd location down the road. Nuts. Food was fine.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..One Indian girl works over there, she is always rude without any reason….No matter how much you try to be nice to her it seems like she doesn’t want you to be their customer…If you ask for any change in your sandwich she acts as such we are not gonna pay for it…because of such behaviour of staff now i hesitate to order…Around 2:00 am

Beware the location is completely wrong on the maps. I walked through a blowing snow storm to try find this Subway and it took me to a dark industrial park in the middle of nowhere. No subway in site. I was thinking what wierd location for a subway......

Their bread was very chewy (not fresh as they advertise it to be). I have been feeling nauseous after eating from there. I would not recommend food from this location especially before catching a flight.

Sandwich place in before security check. We had dinner here after a late flight. Just relugar taste as other Subways.

Received bad Customer experience and undercooked chicken at subway in Pearson international airport. Ordered crispy Chicken panini combo as one item and only crispy chicken panini as second item. haLady missed crispy chicken panini and adjust cris chicken later. I understand it was busy day and one can miss. Her customer service was good. Second lady assembling veggies was very rude,arrogant assumed it as a kid meal. Not even trying to understand customers point as adult combo. Also, Cashier person was great! Single star for the communication of first bread assembling lady and third cashier. Lot of coordination and communication issues Undercooked Chicken and rude behaviour is not a nice experience
