I’ve always had a great experience here. I come regularly, and they’ve never disappointed me especially Mahi is so nice and kind🥰. She always provides the best customer service. Moreover the food is fresh and made just the way I like it.

The new lady cashier can not differentiate between basic coins, doesn’t know the difference between a loonie and a toonie, let alone a dime and nickel. Also very slow service, I waited ten minutes and she didn’t even finish two orders (and there was a third person inline as well). Me and some of my friends have applied to store numerous times, it’s unfortunate that good service from talented canadian workers is being taken away and replaced with international visas. Do better.

This is a great Subway, however, on 3 separate occasions I have shown up at noon only to be told there is no bread and it will be an hour wait. Yea not the best when people have limited time for a lunch break.

Ordered online on 22nd April 2 subs footlong.
First of all I went for pickup at the time shown in the app but food was not ready and I was told to wait 8-10 mins.
Not a big deal. And I went again in 10 mins. Food was ready but I was told that the cheese that I want on my sub was not available and some toppings were out of stock.
Okay. If you don’t have the cheese that I want Atleast ask what I want instead of that.
Can you imagine steak and cheese without cheese? That’s what I got.
Bad experience.
Trying to contact subway if that’s an option so Atleast they don’t ruin someone else’s experience.
