The complete apathy and quite frankly stupidity from the employees at this location is astounding.
This week alone I have had to return one delivery order and two pickup orders for the exact same issue. The do not follow instructions for toppings, they throw the sub together, they miss ingredients. You would think after the first 2 issues in one week they would learn, but here I am as we speak fixing the same issue for the third time explaining to them like I am speaking a foreign language.
The fall of service level at this location should be studied.

Subway Canada should be ashamed of themselves for having one person working during an evening shift at this place I waited 20 minutes just to be served and to take my order because there was only one person behind the counter

It seems like the staff might not be very happy, and unfortunately, that shows in the service. There's a noticeable lack of warmth—smiles are rare. As a customer, it would be nice to feel welcomed without having to ask for basic help or clarification. A more positive and supportive work environment would likely improve the overall vibe and service here.

I usually enjoy visiting Subway for a quick and healthy meal, but today’s experience left me feeling really uncomfortable. While waiting for my order, I witnessed the owner treating employees in a disrespectful and harsh manner. The tone and words used were completely unnecessary, especially in front of customers.
These staff members work hard and deserve to be treated with basic respect and dignity. It’s disheartening to see this kind of behavior, especially from someone in a leadership position.
To the owner: Please remember that your team is the backbone of your business. A positive work environment reflects in the service and atmosphere — and ultimately benefits everyone. I hope you take this feedback seriously and treat your staff better going forward.
Umm actually🤓☝🏿I went there at 1:10am and was told it’s closed when the website says 1:30. I am not happy about this and didn’t reach my protein goal for the day because of this.

Store is clean and the the sub was good. The girls were very polite and they were generous with the toppings.

Owner was yelling and quite aggressive when we asked for a cancellation for an order that wasn’t made yet. Spoke to a different restaurant and they said cancellation and refund is easily and quickly done with no hassle all the time. But the owner was adamant and aggressively rude when we had asked which was odd because our order hadn’t even started being made. Our previous experience was also bad so we won’t be coming here again…

We got what we usually order always since over a decade at any subway… Tuna 12” sub with whole grain bread and Swiss cheese… this time the tuna quantity was so little that even topping up the sandwich with lots of veggies… it felt slim, little and under loaded, especially tuna filling.

You guys are open till 12 o'clock in the night. I just came out because your employee just denied dine in in at 10:30 PM.
It happened twice with me. they've not even started the cleaning or closing.

Just got out of the there now, been happy all the other times that I go there but today she was being (first time I seen her) cheap with a meat in the sandwich.
I asked her why she was not serving me better. She said no...
Well I guess I have to go somewhere else.
