Just got out of the there now, been happy all the other times that I go there but today she was being (first time I seen her) cheap with a meat in the sandwich. I asked her why she was not serving me better. She said no... Well I guess I have to go somewhere else.

Our flatbread was hard as a rock they give you bread that has been sitting abs day abs has dried out. Makes the sandwich not worth eating. You will literally be angry after coming here knowing you spent money on what u can't eat. Horrible.

Overall it was a good experience as the store was very busy but the girls working there were very good and served all the customers with a big smile. And made my sandwich very well. Recommend this place for dine in with friends and family as the store is well maintained and clean as compared to other subways. Even the washroom was very clean. Everything was perfect.

Overall it was good experience ..the store was so nice and clean ..and the custmer service was amazing and the all staff was very poilte and helpfull . However, the food quality is veey good and breads are fresh. I suggest to visit with friends as there is huge dine in space as compared to other stores and open until late night too.

And THIS “company” wonders why they’re on the decline in all aspects of business. It’s October 12/24 - The people you decide to hire have no sense of customer service nor appreciation for “people” I asked to use the washroom as I was on the verge of peeing myself.. the indian girl looks at me and goes “you not a customer sorry you can’t” while the customer who she was serving there was understanding that washroom privilege should be open to the public.. BUY Quiznos or MR. Sub atleast these places accept all people and can communicate and are decent people

Only one style of bread was available. Someone needs to tell the employees that toasting a sandwich does not heat up the meat inside.... so I have a wonderfully toasted bun with cold steak in it - Just got home & now throwing out my dinner! - I Won't Be Returning....ever.
#metro has simple, but better quality subs (for less $$ too)

I wish I gave them 0 star ⭐️ regards the service we get today . First when we place order the girl name is simran is full of attitude. They were speaking their mother tongue front of which one I won’t appreciate at all . She was not mood to do proper job they hire her to do . She was very rude while she took our order nd making them . Look like she need proper training to do customers service and sandwich maker . When we spent our hard working money . We deserve better service . This is my neighborhood subway . We giving them business 30 years . After today I don’t think so I want give them business anymore The way she made our sandwiches not happy at all . The owner should concern staff how they treated customers.

The flatbread for my sandwich was stale, dry and the texture of a cracker. I’m not used to this poor quality of bread at any subway location. It’s too bad because the service is pleasant and the store itself is very clean and inviting.
Tip doesn’t go to employees. Don’t tip here. Somebody governing look into this please.
