My only concern was the boxes used for delivery were plastic.

I drove 8 hours to try this TikTok-famous restaurant, but it didn’t live up to the hype. The viral lamb shank and chicken in fresh bread weren’t clearly shown on the menu, so I didn’t know how to order them. The chicken shawarma was under-seasoned and came with coleslaw and fries, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere—if I’d known, I would’ve asked for it without.

The menu needs better descriptions and photos to help customers know what they’re ordering. The service was also disappointing; no one came to the table, and I had to order at a kiosk. The food was okay, but not worth such a long trip.

Came for a business lunch and was embarrassed by the food and service.

The food was a huge disappointment. The meat (kabab) was way too fatty and bland. I heard the shawarma is good I should've ordered that.

The service is just plain horrible. Lunch time was busy, and they couldn't keep up.

Excellent shawarma fast service
But I also ordered the chicken sandwich (based on the reccomendation of the staff)

I was told it would take 10mins, 25mins I'm still waiting ...

The only saving grace is that for the delay they brought us some complementary potatoes which were incredible.

I'll def be back but prob only for the shawarma.

Update: chicken burger (ghost pepper chicken sandwich) came after 31mins.
Was it good? Sure, but like 4min wait good, definitely not 31min wait good

I'll come back for the shawarma and leave with my time to spend on other things .

I don’t want to give them 1 star but hopefully they’ll improve their service, I ordered from sumaq ( express) 1 ghost crispy chicken sandwich at 12:19 I got my order at 1:05 am so for 1 sandwich I waited more than 45 minutes . I’m so disappointed !!

Had the shawarma plate with salad instead of fries. They were very accommodating. Loved the flavours that their salad brought. They even had free falafel shawarma roll tasters. Overall, one of the best places of shawarma out there. 8/10. The meat was a bit dry on its own, that is the only reason I deducted the two points.

It's one of the best Shawarma in Ontario itself!!
Not just the shawarma, their Kebabs, in house made bread, and pretty much everything in the menu is mouth watering ?

After hunting all of GTA for the best shawarma, I have come to a conclusion that this takes the #1 spot. Idc what anyone says over here - I can’t even believe there’s 2 star reviews. Don’t believe them. Coming from a person who was born and raised in Middle East; this spot has GOT IT. 5star for me. Hit all spots. Perfectly crunchy, soft and tasty.

Terrible service. Good food. Long lines up. Be prepared to wait if you want to sit and once you do be prepared to pretty much have zero service.
