Me and my family always come to this location! The food is always great, the place is always clean and the service is always great! Michelle is usually always our server and she is the sweetest person ever! Always super friendly and attentive! (I hope I spelled her name right, if not I’m so sorry!) I would highly recommend this location!

Visited Sunset Grill with my family today and unfortunately had a very bad experience. Our server didn’t check in after our meals arrived, and when we raised an issue with one of the dishes, there was no follow-up for over 10 minutes. We had to flag down the manager ourselves. When we voiced our concerns, the server simply said she had other tables — if you can’t manage your current guests, taking on more isn’t the answer. The food also fell short of expectations. Bathrooms are not up kept. Overall, a very disappointing visit. Would not visit this location again.

Asked for double toasted toast they may as well gave me double thick bread and barely toasted tasted like eating bread Greece was absolutely trash maybe the chef should actually learn how to cook instead fo just hiring a useless incompetent person who thinks he is chef absolutely horrible food and service

We went on Friday morning and the place was definitely under staffed. One cook and one server. Everything took a while. After our server was able to catch a breath service was good, but it didn't make up for the food, food was dried / over cooked, Definitely not going back to this location. The only 2 employees they have deserve a huge raise.

Don't normally write reviews for this but today my service at the Sunset Grill on Dixie by Michelle was so good I had to write one. Food was excellent but coffee was always topped up, checked in multiple times to see how everything was and what else did I need. Had the all day breakfast and a fantastic customer experience.
