I take my daughter's here for brunch almost every Sunday. Susana always takes great care of us and Abel never lets my coffee cup go empty. We always leave with happy bellies and big smiles. Great food quality and friendly service.
Food is great. I usually get corned beef hash.
However the service is consistently bad. I was ignored and given massive hostility until I provided a 25% tip then the servers(s) became friendly. FYI owner courtesy is expected pre grats not post grats. I've been here at least 5 times. I would much rather take out at this point.

If you want people to come to this location, you must improve your coffee. It was the worst coffee I’ve ever had (and that says a lot). Even after adding milk and sugar it was like drinking tar. Even after asking for a coffee from a fresh pot, it was bad. Perhaps the staff should taste it! This is a franchise so I don’t understand why the coffee is so good at every other location I’ve been to and so bad here. Sadly, it’s the only reason why my family can’t go back....
