Dine-in with my coworker. Place was empty. Took forever to get breakfast. My plate was so hot when it arrived, proving it had sat under the heat lamps for quite a while. My eggs had all the shells still!! Gross!! I tried to get my server's attention, but she wasn't interested. Then I went to another server, and she wouldn't even acknowledge me. I left the restaurant, and my coworker paid the bill. Won't go back. Too bad. I'm a good tipper and I LOVE breakfast!

Love the food, love the waitresses, super busy place. I give 5 stars because I know the waitresses are always trying their best to attend to everyone on time, but I really think this place needs to hire more staff for this level of busy-ness.

It was busy today and service was a bit slow. We had to wait a good while for our meal, which was good for the most part. Bacon was dry and their coffee isn't very good. At pay time, they calculated the tip. I chose the smallest amount was $10, which was a tad over 20% of our meal. That's a bit much.Standing in a lineup of people waiting to pay their bills doesn't give you time to ask if you can choose the tip amount, especially when the person behind the counter is doing something else. The customer should decide the tip, not the management.

The staff know what I like and they are very good at getting food to me fast most times surprising me with how fast it comes, which is great for me as I'm always hungry when I get there. I love this restaurant. The staff is so friendly service is very quick and the food is always top notch. Always fresh and served hot, it smells great and looks great. I try to get out for breakfast as much as possible. Of course I get there before 9 am to take advantage of a better price point, works great for me thank you sunset grille keep up the great work

Brunched here over the weekend. We've been here in the past and had a pleasant experience. But this time, my husband's sandwich came with a pack of coleslaw which was spoilt. I took a spoon and spat it out, knew right away it was spoilt. It smelled pretty bad too. When we told the server that batch was spoilt, she went to the kitchen, came back and said because of the summer heat sometimes the coleslaw can smell sour. That's it! No apologies no investigation (this could potentially lead to mass food poisoning). It was clearly spoilt but I couldn't make them eat it and they refused to take me seriously. I dint want to create a scene and paid my bill and left. Rest assured, I had a bad stomach soon after. Not only a health hazard but terrible handling of the incident! The service wasn't great either.
