Sushi Sooshimi

Stopped in later in the evening for a quick bite. The fish was decent and the rolls were huge. Had initially picked this place because I wanted sushi & bingsoo but I was so full from the sushi I couldn't eat anything else.

Very nice prices, but it feels like they were wrapped in hot rice.
Almost all of them fell apart, and the soy sauce ruined everything — it tastes like it was watered down.

Some of their rolls with the crispy bits goes a bit too hard on it. I got the crazy scallop roll and it was stuffed with a little bit of scallop and then 90% crispy bits and then topped with crispy bits.

Other than that, the avocado is fresh and the other rolls were a good size.

This is by far my favourite spot for sushi in Mississauga, or even in the GTA for that matter. The staff is always so kind, the vibe of the restaurant is calm and relaxing, and the food is amazing and really well priced. I will never stop eating here, and I’ll continue to recommend it to everyone I know that likes sushi.

I love this place, I’ve been coming for years when the location was known as IceQ Cafe. I will miss their honey pot fries and matcha smoothie, although some of their items such as their bingsu and takoyaki remain.

Sushi Sooshimi is incredible, the staff are always nice and accommodating, and the sushi is always fresh and tasty.

My go-to is the salmon lover and matcha bingsu but occasionally change it up to try their other menu items, especially during their lunch special between 11:30am and 3:30pm on weekdays.

I don’t exactly live nearby but it’s definitely worth the trip.

Delicious food, you can tell the staff puts effort and care into what they do. Cute place, clean, lots of parking. My mom and I had a lovely lunch and will absolutely return when in the area. Got some classic rolls and a sushi burrito, some side salads and we were both full and happy.

If you are thinking about sushi, or even if you are around the area and want to eat amazing food, please do yourself a favour: Just come to this place. Staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is very warm, cozy, and last but not least, food is outstanding.

My wife and I have been here a couple of times. You will never go wrong with this place!

(Advice: if your girl is mad at you, just bring her to eat sushi here, you will thank me)

Really nice food service was decent. We got all our cold food before the hot food. But they make everything from scratch. One of the best miso soups I've ever had. The sushi was fresh. Nice sitting area. They also have shaved ice which I enjoyed.
