Exceeded my expectations and vision on my son's baptism cake. I gave a few inspiration photos and let the decorator do her thing, which was the best decision to trust her with her capabilities. The cake was light and delicious. I will be ordering from them again.

Sadly, will never purchase from this bakery again. Customer service is horrible. Rude, attitude, and just unprofessional. They say they can do custom cakes yet you show them a picture to follow and ur order isn’t even close to it. I was promised a delicious cake it was dry. Didn’t taste like the flavour promised. The only thing good was the price. Worse part is, when they were confronted with their inabilities to do their job they said they wouldn’t change the cake, rolled their eyes, and blamed us for causing a line. If I wasn’t in such a good mood since it was my father’s birthday there would’ve been serious problems.

I would be careful ordering any custom cakes from them. Their donuts and cakes taste very good, but I was left extremely disappointed with how they decorated our baptism cake.

Nothing on the cake was like our inspo photo. I legitimately thought they swapped our cake with someone else’s. They took the liberty to change everything- from the colours to the style and texture. Worst part is that they attached the inspo photo to the box! It turned into a game of spot the similarities.

I couldn’t help but laugh at how completely wrong everything was. Again, cake tasted great but I’d recommend managing your expectations on the aesthetic of your cake.
