I ordered the Daisy cake for a baby shower and it was absolutely stunning. I got the classic chocolate and it was an absolute hit, everyone loved it, it tasted incredible!

Ordered ube cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday party. They were absolutely DELICIOUS! I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I can’t say enough good things about Swirls by Michelle and Miranda! They created a custom-made cake that was absolutely stunning and brought my vision to life perfectly. Every detail was so beautifully done—it truly made the occasion feel extra special. Not only did the cake look incredible, but it also tasted amazing! Really disappointed with the six cupcakes we bought. The cake part was stale on each of the four varieties we have had so far. We ordered a variety but it seems the cake is the same with only the icing having a different flavour. The price is such that they should have been fresh and delicious. Maybe we should have ordered a cake?

The Swirls team was very receptive to my order and were in consistent communication with me about any updates and flavour changes. The fact that they have a nut free facility where they bake their cupcakes is a massive plus for someone who works in a company with many different dietary restrictions.

I also got notes from colleagues stating they loved the icing on the cupcakes as it wasn't too sweet or cloying as other icings can be.

I have been ordering cakes from Swirls for years, from communion to birthdays and everything in between. Over the last two years, however, the quality and customer service has not been the same. This time I ordered a blue cake but needed to change it to purple. I was told I would be charged an extra five dollars upon arrival it, when I asked why it was because ‘blue and purple colouring is an extra five dollars’. I found this odd and asked, because I ordered blue originally, specifically asking in the notes and not being told of a charge when I confirmed, wouldn’t I have been charged but I wasn’t, I would have been surprised with the charge when arriving. I have never had to pay extra at pick up for colouring, a custom colour would have made for sense but purple or blue?, and I feel ripped off with this sudden change. When my sister picked up, they weren’t the friendliest and, of course, charged her the five dollars. Pretty cake but disappointed for the service.

UPDATE: I do not need this conversation reiterated to me as I am the one who purchased it and spoke to you, It is still a surprise when after I ordered it online, you call me to tell me you charge me instead of just charging me altogether. It was not a surprise in person but over the phone. We will be ordering else where from now on as the customer service is further proving to be disappointing.

Ordered their vegan cupcakes and they are hands down the best I've tried. I had to quadruple check that they were vegan because they were that good.

Although the cake itself tasted great, I had an awful experience with my wedding cake with this company. They gave me cake that was so off from what I had requested. I received a colourful children’s cake instead of the white wedding cake I had ordered. And trying to have them fix their own mistake was the biggest hassle literally two days before my wedding, and if it had been on the day of my wedding I would have been even more upset. I paid more than $200 on a 6” cake because it was a special cake for my WEDDING, otherwise I could have bought something less than half the price, this is not the type of service or result I expected for a place that was this expensive. Instead of owning up to their mistake and doing their best to make sure I have less stress right before my wedding I was given ridiculous defensive reasoning as to why the wedding cake looked the way it looked, such as “why did I agree to the invoice if it wasn’t correct” the invoice WAS correct and had a inspirational picture of a WHITE wedding cake which the cake they gave me didn’t match at all (see the cake they gave me in the picture attached). I talked on the phone with them for more than an hour talking about the details of my cake yet apparently the only thing that was communicated to the bakers was the invoice which they didn’t follow properly. My flowers were supposed to be centrepieces on the cake and weren’t, my cake was supposed to be white wedding cake and wasn’t. After an hour of trying to defend my order on the phone I got them to agree to fix the cake and they still came an hour late to the cake drop of location they chose!! So ridiculous! I would never recommend them or work with them again. Horrible service.

11 years ago I ordered my wedding cake from here and it was exceptional. Also I had ordered cakes from this place for 2 more weddings. And again the cakes were beautiful looking and tasted amazing. I was told at the recent store that the owner has changed. I would like to know who was the previous owner was 11 years ago. Looks like the location has also changed. I got an amazing service. Their store had cake designs at the store front plus a booklet with pictures to choose from.

My family has been ordering the Marbleous Swirl cupcakes and cakes for a few years now and it never disappoints! They always exceed with their amazing customer service and going above and beyond to ensure our vision comes true for our customizations. Thank you for always being a part of our special occasions! You’ll continue to receive orders from both my mom and I ;)

Recently put in an order for 40 cupcakes for 7 flavours, 6 cupcakes each! I was worried I was asking for too much with my special requests (flavours, designs, etc) but they were super accommodating and were able to fulfill each of my requests! The cupcakes themselves were delicious and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend for your special occasion cupcake needs!
