We came to eat last night for dinner and was served by Kris. It was very busy and she ran around and handled her tables like a pro from what we witnessed. Given the high numbers of customers she also gave us great service and we were very happy with our experience. The food as well as the service was excellent! Thank you again we will be back!

Nura A was our server and she was so sweet, helpful and overall amazing. She went above and beyond what she needed to with service. Everything we needed was handed to us before we even asked. She even brought us the finger bowls when she saw our hands were getting messy from the ribs we had! Really genuinely sweet and thoughtful. And the food was good too! The hubby and I will be back!

Absolutely disgusted with the staff that was hired to work there to begin with. Hiring manager should really have a reality check on how a restaurant should be running. There was 1 waitress for the whole place, however it was not busy at all. Maybe 1 couple and 1 other table plus myself and family. ALL tables were filthy and most filled with dirty dishes. We had to wait so long to get seated in a clean area, to be asked what drinks we want. We wanted to order food to go and she said we'll do it in then end so the food won't stay soggy. In the end when we wanted to order food to go " oh were closed now" Absolutely tasteless staff and service. Hopefully when they relocate to Medowvale it will be better

Horrible service!Ordered takeout: Friday January 5th 2024. Chq # 36844 dinners and NO SAUCES!Also ordered spring rolls app: NO PLUM SAUCE and not cut into 8 app portions- just 4 spring rolls thrown into a box!The 2 chicken sandwiches came as follows: the one with dark meat had two bottom buns ( looked like an English muffin) and the sandwich with white meat had two top buns.REALLY folks??No plum sauce, no Chalet sauce and a major bun screw up! All this can be yours for only $90!I sent an online review immediately at “ tell us how we did” listed on the bill, but have heard nothing. I have also tried to call this restaurant several times today and no one picks up.Poor service and very disappointed that no one has contacted me after my review, even though I asked them to .If they don’t do something to make this right I will NOT be ordering from them again.Not the right way to treat people, folks!ADDENDUM: Kudos to the manager of this location who called ,asked for feedback, listened , and tried to make things right.
