I came to Swiss today to try their chicken. It was very good. I heard the cooks name was Jai and he was very polite with me when I asked to talk to him. The front staff was also really nice as they were very friendly and helped me to get the best food while keeping my allergies in check. I want to thank Brooke who helped me out. She is a really nice person. I would definitely recommend this place if you get the chance to visit.

Everybody had their order (dine in) then I waited for 10 minutes thinking they would bring mine. When I complained, the Caucasian woman (long, tied up hair) turned around and yelled CAN I GET A BBQ PULLED CHICKEN to the staff. That’s it no apology…
Had my order 20 minutes later after everyone was done eating. It was lukewarm at best
Don’t go there if you want to dine in as this is take out.

Came here tonight for dinner and the food and service was amazing. Brooke was very patient with us and gave us amazing recommendations and answered any questions we had. She checked in on us the perfect amount of times and was very quick with our food and drinks. The food was delicious and we will definitely return thanks to her!

I love their quarter chicken dinner with Caeser salad and bacon. Their beef stir fry is yummy too. Lots of indoor seating. You can also use Swiss Chalet coupons to save you money. And you can use your Scene card to collect and redeem points. Customer service is excellent! I highly recommend them!

For some reason this place always serves the roast beef on a bun with chalet sauce instead of the Au Jus dip it's supposed to come with, even after mentioning it in the special instructions (which by the way only allows da small number of characters, so you have to shorten everything and hope they understand. Other than that, if you order a standard chicken meal, it will come out fine. I've ben complaining to Swiss Chalet for years about increasing the amount of text they accept in the special instructions field, because my son has severe allergies I have to advise them of. This is why the service gets one star.
