At around 3:00 We pre ordered pick up for 5:50. It wasn’t ready until 6:15. We did not receive the rolls or carrots and celery sticks or salad we paid for. The French fries were very cold and dried out as they were sitting there too long. The wings were also dry and not all covered with sauce. The rest of the food tasted good. For $130 we did not feel satisfied.

Me and my family love swish chalet for a very long time. This location in particular was not pleasant. Chicken parts were pink. Fries looked like they were from the bottom of the bag. Drinks were watered down.
I'm highly disappointed because we came here to eat and spend quality time but the food was not helping us.
Other locations where there are actual servers are nice. But this specific one was not good.
Also- wooden forks cannot be used for chicken. It was a struggle, but they said they don't have metal utensils. It is weird eating off a glass plate with wooden utensils. Didn't even want to finish our food unfortunately.
Highly disappointed.

I didn't have SC for about 10 years, decided to try it again 2 nights ago, now I'm addicted again. Looks like they really improved the quality of their meals. The chicken soup is quite a treat. The chicken and ribs are on point, no complaints.

I came to Swiss today to try their chicken. It was very good. I heard the cooks name was Jai and he was very polite with me when I asked to talk to him. The front staff was also really nice as they were very friendly and helped me to get the best food while keeping my allergies in check. I want to thank Brooke who helped me out. She is a really nice person. I would definitely recommend this place if you get the chance to visit.
