Nars is an excellent server. He is patient, great personality and fast paste worker. I swear he is the manager of Lakeshore location. I enjoy the fish, not the fries because they are home-made. It's a busy atmosphere. Overall, I had a great time with colleagues.

Wow what a difference good management makes. In house dining, received quarter white chicken and it was wet and pink inside, vastly under cooked. So I asked for a well done quarter and got the same thing. Took it back for refund and went somewhere else to eat. But I will NOT be returning to THIS Swiss Chalet. The other thing is dirty dishes were left on tables and I had to remove dishes and pop and clean my own table. Who would have thought this established business could go down hill like this. Just being honest. My experience.

Placed a pickup order for 11:15 am went in to pickup the order at 11:22am and they wanted me to wait for longer , very disorganized. Waited until I showed up to prepare my order , when I went in there was no customers , It would be understandable if it was busy . Highly disappointed . Did not receive order until 11:28 am and to top it off the food was barely warm
