Great experience!! I’ve always loved going to Swiss chalet because of their consistency. Our server, soheila, was phenomenal. She’s the only server at this time and was very attentive. Very fast service. Would definitely come back here again.

Ordered a wing dinner with mild, no matter how many times I told them I worked at Swiss and understand the difference in sauces they still couldn’t get it right, I had to contact a different server in order to get assistance after already getting served the same wings over and over. Finally recieved somewhat correct sauce (which was just buffalo sauce minus the vinigar) and wings unsauced, the sauce was still cold and I was still unsatisfied. Before all this when we first sat down there was still fries on the seat and the service was still awful. Walked around the restaurant waiting for the kind lady to find a table for us despite them using OpenTable like everywhere else. Disappointed for the first time when leaving any Swiss restaurant.
