What happened to Swiss Chalet? I started with the chicken parmesan and a garden salad. I had to send it back. The chicken parmesan was fried beyond belief, the coating, hard as rock, and the cheese unmelted. The salad looked dry and day old, although they assured me salads are made fresh every day. The only thing edible on the plate was the garlic bread. I asked to speak to a manager. She allowed me to order the quarter chicken dark with a bake potato. Chicken was adequate. The dipping sauce has become slightly tinged orange, and let's not even talk about the bake potato. Luke warm, and again, hard, and tasteless. I use to enjoy my SC baked potatoes. Again, the only thing good on the plate was the bun. Had to rush home, and now I am feeling ill. YIKES!😱😳😩🤢. I've never gotten sick before from eating at SC. Also, what gives with the ultra cheap and ultra thin toilet paper, that you can't even pull down from the cannisters? Come On SC. I am so surprised at the decline in the quality of food, at this restaurant, which I have enjoyed for years . On a positive note, the server was very pleasant, and quite concerned that I wasn't enjoying my meal. So was the manager.

By far the worst service I have experienced in Swiss Chalet. My family and I love Swiss Chalet but will not be going to this location again. Took 15 min to be asked for drinks. Staff do not make eye contact. Dirty tables, food was cold had about 20 fries on the plate, chicken was white and did not taste anything like rotisserie chicken. When we were finished took almost 15 min to pay the bill. Asked 3 people for the bill before I said I was leaving then someone from the kitchen staff brought me the bill. While I was paying I was told nothing. No thank you no have a good day. Not a word! This location needs to do better.
The order wasn't complete. Missed a french fry and salad...too busy to go back. The fry and baked potato must have been sitting around for hours. Last time I go to this location
I ordered Parmesan chicken and it was really good. The atmosphere was really pleasant and enjoyable. Moreover, server Leisha was really polite and helpful.
