I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this one is well-deserved. I ordered from Szechuan Express and was extremely disappointed. The rice was clearly old and had a stale texture, and the chicken was bland with absolutely no flavor. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back. Save yourself the disappointment.
Ordered a combo meal the other day, i chose the fried rice and the beef pepper thingy. The portion is all good, not until you start eating the food. The rice portion is reasonable, but the beef, forget it lol. When i openend the container, i said to ohh its so full. But when i starter eating, there’s only 4-6pcs of sliced thin beef, and the rest? They’re all pepper, mushroom, etc etc etc. i thought i ordered beef with pepper, but it turned out i ordered mixed veggies with a little bit of sliced beef lol
The noodles are under seasoned and the meat is bland. Only thing that was good was the broccoli
Not bad, could be better.
Food tastes good and the portion was just okay. They could have put a bit more.
I asked for broccoli and I got 3 pieces.
Price is always a bit up there.
The Staff were very nice though.
They giving a lots of veggies and less food. Before better place. We buying Szechuan chicken but they giving more vegetables and just few chiken
Ordered General Tsao and Sesame chicken. Both were cold….. freezing cold. The chicken was extremely dry, almost to the point I thought it was freezer burnt. Chicken was also chewy and tough. I don’t know where you acquire such low grade chicken but lord, that was terrible. The girlfriend ordered spring rolls which were also cold and bland. Shanghai noodles came served lukewarm warm and were edible….. I guess. The worst part is we came at peak rush hour lunch time when the food usually is the freshest. I loved this place for many years, it was my go to. I won’t be coming back after this, it was terrible.
The chicken was good and rice was ok but the shrimp was bland.
Set your expectations: This is phở inside of a mall.
With that in mind, the portion of meat in a bowl of phở is VERY generous.
The server made sure that I knew that she was working on my dish which was ready very quick. I didn't expect cilantro, but I got cilantro -- bonus!
watch for the Indian guy at the cash register always he charges extra last week charged me 8 bucks extra for our meals .and again
bought 5 meals at the end of the day today he charged me 11.99 plus tax which was 9.95 plus tax . Which is 10 bucks extra make sure you check your receipt.
Every time I’m in the mall, I stopped by here and the food is always fresh and I’m always greeted with this friendly smile. I highly recommend all the items. Check them out when you’re in square one and craving Chinese food.
Restaurantji Recommends
The pho soup here is great, especially at a food court!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ate here on December 28th and got the worse food poisoning. These guys need to catch a lawsuit🤦🏻♀️ never eating here again and don’t recommend at all
My wife and I had the beef noodles soup there. We've both got food posion. Been in the washroom for 2 hour and counting
Terrible service. One of the Asian ladies made a face when I asked for a drink that I was paying for of course. Honestly, they should work elsewhere if you’re going to nasty about literally anything you ask for. Never going here again…. Food was mediocre. Got the noodle soup with beef.
Very bad and oily food. Total waster of money. Will not recommend. 🤢🤮
