The shrimps in the food I bought here yesterday tasted ROTTEN. This is the third time I'll buy food here with rotten-tasting shrimps or meat and that I ended up throwing out. The first time the shrimps that tasted really really badly. The second were both chicken and the black pepper beef (they were awful); I was so disappointed and had to thrash everything. And then there's yesterday's shrimps. It's really diabolical to be giving rotten-tasting food to eat. You charge $1 extra for the shrimps too only for one to them to turn out to be nonsense. I paid $20.85 for food I couldn't eat. It's no wonder I rarely see people buying your food now. Unnecessarily overpriced and rotten-tasting food. I know better now and sure won't buy food from here again when next I'm at this mall.

The lady with the uniform that has a frayed ripped sleeve on the left had her hand on her hip and is absolutely RUDE over PLUM SAUCE. The face she gave me was so intense her nose flared her eyes were evil all over taking 5 plum sauces. Apparently 5 plum sauces is too many for 3 meals. I spent $34 and can’t have 5 PLUM SAUCES?! Come on you’re mean not nice at all. I don’t even want to eat my food because all I can see is her unpleasant energy. For the record some ppl don’t use sauce….. some restaurants just give the sauces with no issue… I am not sure I ever want to go back to Square One and purchase from this restaurant. It takes only one bad apple. I hope she enjoys the rest of her day and weekend because my younger brother said she was trying to break our spirit and he doesn’t like that feeling. DO BETTER ITS JUST PLUM SAUCE.

The Cantonese fried noodles were up to standard in the food court of the Mall. But the shrimp dumplings were cold and not worth the price.
Good portion and the taste was okay. The price was also affordable.

TERRIBLE. Drastically downhill. They become SO CHEAP. Portions are much smaller and they charge an extra of 3.50 for 5 shrimps or fish. Why?! That's a rip off. Ordered chicken soup it was disgusting. Broth looked like a dirty sink water in the container that it was sitting in. Chicken was salty and just gross. The only vegetables that were there was broccoli and onion (upon request). What happened to bok choy, carrots, bell pepper? So cheap. Disgusting yellow noodles that are suppose to be white as they were rice noodles. Absolute waste of money. Food was tasteless. You can see how they rush to serve the customers so it's definitely quantity over quality. Definitely will not be coming back.

Pho was not great. The beef was almost inedible it was riddled with fat. The biggest issue was there wasn't enough soup / water at all- it all got absorbed into the noodles and made them very fatty tasting. No water or anything came with it either so I was thirsty. The mall was packed which made eating miserable as well.
