First time went was great and wanted to come back. Came back wife's portion of noodles was full, my portion of another type was 3/4 full. Was not very hot also meat was not hot. Very disappointed this time and not sure if will get again

We ate there a couple of weeks ago, I had noodles and my son fried rice and chicken. Within two days, we experienced the worst food poisoning. It was a nightmare of pain, vomit non stop. I think the noodles were too oily and chicken or rice was re heated multiple times. But this was by far the worst kind of food poisoning we experienced. The food is not great tasting either.
I came from a far place to taste their food but very disappointed. The fried rice is the worst, no tase not properly cooked, same with chilli chicken very pale. I wouldn’t recommend this place not worth at all with price.

I recently visited this location. Was double charged for my transaction, one of their cashier knew as she was the one who assissted me that day. She have all the receipts as well as the statement that she asked me to bring proving that I was double charged. Was told that her boss will call me but I never got a call from them. I used to work in a fastfood restaurant, I know how refunds work. It doesn't make sense to me how this is taking them so long to fix. From the past couple days, I've been getting told the same thing over and over to comeback the next day or wait for them to call. I don't have all free times to just keep on dropping by their store. While I appreciate Cindy's help all this time trying to accommodate me and my concern, it shouldn't take this long to get a refund from them when I already have proof to support my claim.
