TAAM CUISINE offers Xinjiang cuisine that is authentic enough, though not 100%. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with Xinjiang-style decor and laidback music, providing a pleasant dining experience. The food is delicious, including standout items like the Ding Ding fried noodles, mutton skewers, and the large plate of chicken. The milk tea, known as sweet tea, is a must-try, and the lamb with rice is always on point. However, the prices are on the higher side for the quantity of food served. The staff are friendly, and Aman has provided very good customer service. While there are some vegetarian options, customers hope to see more choices on the menu, especially seafood. Overall, the food tastes good, and the ambience nicely represents Uyghur culture, but the portion sizes could improve for the price.
