Ding Ding fried noodles, hand-picked rice, large plate of chicken, mutton skewers, yogurt, all delicious! Basically no mistakes. There are only a few seats in the store, so go early.

The food here is excellent. Really happy with the dishes we ordered. We ordered the noodles with beef, the stir fried lamb, milk tea ("Couple" size), and 3 lamb skewers.
The lamb was mostly tender. We had a couple pieces that were more fatty or tough, so either the cut was different, or it wasn't marinated as long. Either way, I'm okay with this because it attests to a made-from-scratch kind of place, which I'm happy about. The milk tea wasn't too sweet, had a delicate flavour, and remained piping hot throughout dinner.
Unfortunately the excellent food was overshadowed in this case by the service, which wasn't rude... In fact, the staff are actually quite nice, but communication wasn't handled particularly well.
To start, we found a staple in our food (the reason for the 3 star food rating. Probably close to a 5 without it). Our server, a young gentleman (apologies, as I didn't get his name), was very apologetic and took the staple to the kitchen right away to have a conversation with them. He came back, assured us it wouldn't happen again, and let us know the manager said they would give us 20% off our bill (this barely covered the cost of the dish that had the staple in it). They also gave us a complimentary dessert. We hadn't asked for anything at this point, so I said thank you and was very appreciative to the gentleman for being nice, apologetic, and taking proactive steps to rectify a potentially bad situation. The staple in the food was teachable moment #1.
Moment 2: The front of house said we would only get 10% off. That's "what the manager said". First the manager tells the server 20% off, but then front of house said they said 10%. We were then told that the POS (point of sale) would only allow for 10% discount, but we would be given a 20% discount if we paid with cash. That's a load of bull, but I just said I understand, but didn't have cash (I didn't have $100 on me). I asked if we could take an item off the bill that would be the equivalent of 20%, but no. Can't do that either. At no point did a manager approach us, talk to us, or leave the back area. Couldn't tell you what they look like, their name, or anything.
Teachable moment 3: I mentioned I wasn't going to leave a bad review, but I did want to explain what kind of feeling we were being left with. As I'm explaining what I thought could be improved from the experience, I keep getting interrupted with "Computer can only do this" or "Manager said this", and eventually told "Okay we can do 15%". Hits a button. Applies the discount. I said thank you very much for the offer, and for trying to rectify the situation, because again, I just wanted to make sense of the situation. Without listening for more than 10 seconds to what I wanted to say, said "Okay 20%". Hit a button. Applies the discount. "Sorry, I can only give 10%, unless someone argues for it. Something something manager's rule something something, save money something something". WHY do I have to fight for it? I never raised my voice, I was appreciative of the effort, and made sure to let them know I wasn't mad. I just wanted to explain how I felt... like 45 seconds of talking, that's it. Unfortunately wasn't listened to. Interrupted, with a smile on their face.
From the staple in the food, to the miscommunication for discounts, to the being lied to at the register, and for the lack of accountability... I cannot in good conscious recommend this restaurant to family and friends, which is a shame because we went based on a recommendation from someone. All we needed was a straight answer, and a unified effort to right a wrong, but they just kept digging a hole for themselves each step of the way.
Thank you to the two servers we had. The young gentleman and the young lady were very pleasant, polite, a

Just arrived in Canada from the airport, and I came straight here because it’s really that good! The milk tea (called sweet tea here) is a must-try. The lamb with rice is always on point, as well as their chicken and rice noodle soup.

The ambience and the food of Tamm cuisine was nice representing the Ughyur culture. Our family had lunch there.
Aman offered very good customer service.
I hope to see more options in the menu especially if they include some seafood options.

Amazing food. Some people in our party are picky eaters and they loved the dishes here. I strongly recommend the big chicken dish, the milk tea, and the rice dish (forget the name).
We'll be back.

Taste ok
Rice noodles are too broken
Chopsticks are so rubbish. Disposable chopsticks are OK, but I don’t like the cheapest disposable wooden chopsticks with thorns.
