Day 1: can I get a beef burrito and hot and mild sauce ?- get home: bean burrito (disgusting barely edible pasty paste), zero sauce in bag (don't ask if they put sauce in bag unless you want an annoyed ego glance - the entitlement should be illegal).
Day 2: can I get a beef burrito ? - no bean. Reply: beef burrito, with NO BEAN, got it. Result - burrito with disgusting bean paste.
Always: Hi can I take your order? Awkward pause. Then different voice, hi can I take your order.
To the mgmt: action items requiring immediate correction:
Lousy customer service - I don't need to feel I'm bothering your workers, and that is the tone I get while they are at work and are supposed to be doing THEIR JOB.
lack of listening and speaking skills - self explanatory.
