I was surprised at the state of the Taco Bell at 2225 Erin Mills Pkwy. It was not only shabby looking but dirty as well. The shrinkage in food is unbelievable. The chicken quesadilla was half the original size and fries even smaller. Plus I asked for regular fries, got chilli fries which had to be exchanged. All handed over in a paper bag for dine in. Where are you supposed to put the ketchup? On the paper? Very disappointing experience.

i would give zero stars if i could. i just ordered from this location and it was the worst experience i’ve had with taco bell food. looks like someone threw the tacos together with their eyes closed. no lettuce, barely any cheese and meat. wouldn’t be surprised if you guys shut down soon.

I genuinely love Taco Bell but every time I go to this location, especially the drive through, they will forget multiple items in the bag. I’ve had extras that I’ve paid for not be added to the order or just whole items missing. Without fault there's always something they miss or maybe the employees just don't care enough to complete the order. Do not leave without checking to make sure they did their job correctly. Unfortunately this should not be the responsibility of the customer. Won’t waste my time here again.

Would honestly give it zero stars if I could. They gave me a completely raw chicken burger and when I went back to return it and get my money back the girl claimed that the pink inside was seasoning. It's a miracle I didn't get sick. Avoid at all costs.

I've only been through the drive-thru at this location a few times. My order was always correct and good.
I went through the drive thru at night. As I was eating the beef cheesy melt I was chewing on crunchy things. Shortly after I was sick to my stomach. Without details I know it was that food. The next day has been horrible!
