Waited at cash for a few minutes. Noone looked up from the back to see if there were customers there. Manager finally noticed and went to get the girl at drive thru to take my order. Then she says nevermind and took it herself. Took my order then went to another counter to do something on her iPad while I paid. Went to get my drink, worker told me to wait while she wiped down the counter. Workers making KFC and not tacos. Said it was dine in. She put it in a bag. To top it off my food was cold

Ordered door dash and scammers don’t give a drink I paid for saying there is no drink and yet my bill has a drink, this location is nothing but problems be it the kfc or Taco Bell. If you want the food you ordered or any semblance of customer service go to their Oakville location. This location is a disgrace

Restaurant is dirty the majority of the tables are broken. Seating/benches are all patched up. Windows are dirty. Restaurant smells musty when you walk in. The bathrooms are gross. 1st and definitely my last time going there. It was so gross I couldn’t eat my food because I was turned off. Employee started taking my order mid order walked away to cash out didn’t tell me what was happening left me standing and shortly after another employee came over and started my order all over again.

They messed up my order a couple of months ago, I called in and told them. They took my name to redeem the issue. Then when I come to redeem it.. now they don’t “take names” and didn’t honor anything lmao. This location is a joke no wonder the rating is so low!! They’re hella slow with service and can’t get anything right. A lot of people are complaining about the wait as I stand here and not get any redemption 😂😂😂. Never coming here again

Genuinely the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. Don’t get me wrong, I love Taco Bell, but this one is horrifically bad. I don’t write reviews often but I typed this one out immediately after leaving.
The lady taking my order over the speaker kept asking me to repeat myself. I did multiple times and made it clear what I wanted. When I pulled up to the window, I only got half of what I asked for. She told me that I was mistaken and I hadn’t ordered the rest. I then asked to add the other items, however, she told me that she “couldn’t add items at the window” and I’d have to drive back around. At first I would’ve been perfectly happy to loop back again, however, the demeanour she had and arrogance she possessed made me less inclined to.
When I did pull around, there was no mention of what just transpired. In fact, I was handed my food while her back was turned, already gossiping with her coworkers.
Instead of a simple conversation and compromise, it turned into an argument over ‘who said what’. I know for a fact that you can add items at the window because I’ve done it before. This was an absurd waste of time and I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere.

On my way to my kids after school activities, this Taco Bell was on the way and I stopped here many times to get a quick bite to eat, and numerous times I was served by this one cashier that was always very friendly and polite; today I decided to write a review on this location because we don’t always thank the customer service that is helpful but always hurry to write about the worst experiences. “Thank you Mehak for always helping us with a smile!”
