The girl at the window who took my order was so rude. I asked for a switch for beans for my beef and she was so rude about it. I came through the drive thru at 11:45-50.
Update: the food was half filled and when I told her the food was wrong she gave me more attitude.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. I've gotten in arguments with their snotty employees with an attitude for no reason or because of their mess ups, that they refuse to fix. They only focus on drive thru, if you go in- good luck. The wait time is horrendous, the food they give you is half assed. They obviously don't understand how to run a proper business if they only have max 3 people working at a time, and they all only focus on drive thru orders.

Very dirty kitchen. Untrained staff and food quality is not that good. I Got served cold fries and the drink station was unclean and messy.
The lobby was also dusty and evry table had left overs from previous customers. Napkins , empty soft drink cups.
Never coming back here.

This is the worst Taco Bell by far. I am astonished by the lack of manners and training they possess at this establishment. I sincerely hope the owner fixes the numerous mistakes their staff seems to be making. I am absolutely disgusted

So we come here quiet often and the last two times gave us not what we ordered. Today we made sure to order right and they still did it wrong. Paid 4.50 for 5 onion rings ( seriously) so order nacho supreme and got fries for the third time!!! We had it fixed but find next to nothing of beans for one and beef for the other. I'm seriously thinking I'm done coming here.

Waited at cash for a few minutes. Noone looked up from the back to see if there were customers there. Manager finally noticed and went to get the girl at drive thru to take my order. Then she says nevermind and took it herself. Took my order then went to another counter to do something on her iPad while I paid. Went to get my drink, worker told me to wait while she wiped down the counter. Workers making KFC and not tacos. Said it was dine in. She put it in a bag. To top it off my food was cold

Ordered door dash and scammers don’t give a drink I paid for saying there is no drink and yet my bill has a drink, this location is nothing but problems be it the kfc or Taco Bell. If you want the food you ordered or any semblance of customer service go to their Oakville location. This location is a disgrace
