The service here is absolutely unacceptable. I walked in to place an order, and the cashier actually asked to take my phone to go tap my Apple pay on the drive-thru terminal herself… That is extremely shady, no staff member should ever be asking to physically take a customer’s phone or card to make a payment. When I refused, she said the till was locked and I’d have to wait 9 minutes until the person on break returned to unlock it. Absolutely not. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of common sense is shocking. This kind of behavior is totally out of line, taking or asking for a customer’s personal device or card is never acceptable, and it’s concerning that staff think this is okay. Standards are in the gutter at this location.

Don’t order from these guys on uber eats. Not only is it more expensive (duh) but the portion sizes are literally smaller than what’s available in store. Not to mention. When I order almost 20 tacos. You can bet that I’m going to want more than 6 hot sauces when I stipulated in the order 3 per item. 6 does not equal 60. And when a customer asks for fire sauce. Mild doesn’t suffice. I requested a refund on uber eats. So. Enjoy making zero money on that order when uber dings you. Imagine. All you have to do is read. Follow instructions and not be a cheapo.
