Ordered on app at 17:43 April 7/24 - says be ready by 17:58;Arrived at store at 17:55 but staff says she just received order 2 minutes ago so 5 more minutes needed10 in store orders completed, one uber delivery and couple of drive thru done and by 18:17 order completed missing 1 Fries Supreme (got 3 side fries instead) and not enough hot sauce and even was asked if I needed it and all my response said was look at orderThis is the 2nd time at this location as last time they were 5 minutes late and the male staff was like smirking about it

Worst service ever. The only cashier didn’t know how to take an order. It took 10min to place my order which was a chicken quesadilla combo with a Pepsi. I had to repeat myself 4 times and she claimed there was no quesadilla combo; it’s number 7. It was the exact same slow and poor service for the other people I was with.

Very bad location, and staff don’t care. The Taco Bell they make things very cheap and small. I told lady that last time I ordered there was hardly any ingredients in my taco, she said there’s only one size we never make it small. And yet again, when I paid seven dollars for a cheesy Gordita crunch, there was hardly any cheese and hardly any filling inside of it. I feel cheated and my money wasted. Stay far away from this location. It is terrible.

Very shocked to find out a cup of ice is 0.26 cents. I really wish a district manager can get in contact with me to explain exactly what the 0.26 cents charge was. Is it the cup or is it the ice?
It’s my first time trying taco and the experience wasn’t as expected…. First,I said no cheese but it had it anyway, the taco wasn’t made fresh so the crunchy parts was already soggy and it was cold ? the disappointment …. You lost a customer on the first day ?

I bought a fried supreme which is normally regular fries with nacho sauce, sour cream, tomatoes, and beef but the one they gave me had seasoned fries which I do not like so I told the manger and asked if I can get it with regular fries or something equivalent she said no regular fries are discontinued only thing equivalent is a salad so I ask for my money back and then she said no the only thing that she can do is make a salad or nacho supreme I said I don’t want that because I have food allergy to the nacho chips and she said she can’t do anything else mind you this is a location that has both KFC and Taco Bell, and for the new season fries if it’s only sold at Taco Bell why can’t she use the fries from KFC to make a regular fry supreme without season fries she then went on to be very rude and unprofessional and did not give me my money back when I don’t even eat what I ordered, She is very unprofessional and needs to do some customer training or be fired.
