I have never given a restaurant a bad review , no matter how bad the service was as long as they’ve tried their best to resolve the issue. However, that was not the case today. I scheduled an order at 5:30pm on skipthedishes to be picked up by 7:30pm. I went in at 7:30pm, showed one of the employee the order number and confirmation, he simply told me to wait a bit. I waited for about 10 minutes and went to kindly ask to check if my order was ready or not, they told me they ran out of chicken , and to wait another 10 minutes, I waited again. When I saw everyone that ordered on skipthedishes gotten their order, I asked again. The employee said, they couldn’t find my order , or my name, although I provided them with the order number, confirmation email , plus payment information. They didn’t even tried helping me to resolve the issue, but simply told me to call skipthedishes MYSELF to resolve the problem. They literally threw their responsibility to me and didn’t even try calling or contacting skipthedishes , but rather for me to call myself. This is ridiculous, they literally had me waited for 30 minutes just to say they didn’t get my order in the system. I held my composure, didn’t want to make a scene at the already busy restaurant. But I hope the management can educate their employees when it comes to resolving problems, instead of just letting the customer resolve it themselves.

We as a family have had chicken shawarmas wraps a few times at this location, even the chicken bowls are Great, never had an issue until today on Shawarma day, we as a family went to grab some wraps, when we first entered there was one family waiting in line, we were told there was a 45 minute wait, with only 1 family waiting which we found kinda odd but we decided to wait. Employees, were extremely slow service. Knowing this would be one of the most busy day like this is totally unacceptable!! we watched as people came in and was told wait time and left disappointed. 55 minutes later order was ready and when we got home we started to eat and chicken wasn’t cooked throughly, it was extremely chewy and rubbery.. it’s all wrap NOT ENOUGH TOPPINGS OR EVEN CHICKEN!! What a waste of money had to throw out most of it. We were really disappointed since this is a family favourite place we go to in port credit since we live close by but not sure if we will return this experience today left us feeling disappointed and extremely frustrated.
