WORST FOOD IVE TRIED! Last night my wife and I came in to try their biryani, soup and curry items and was heavily disappointed. It was bland and tasted like the chef put in no effort. After all the food blogger were raving about this place, we had our hopes up very high only to be met with such careless flavours. The appetizers and snacks were pretty good but the main course was GARBAGE! I let the servers know and they were very understanding but the food was horrible. Wouldn’t recommend.

Tried their dahi ke kebab and veg sliders! 🍔 They were amazing!

This place seems to be overhyped by food bloggers.
Food– Frankly, it's below average. Even the most basic dishes like *dal tadka* and rice were poorly made – it's hard to imagine worse.
Service – Very disappointing. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we couldn’t even walk in smoothly or get prompt attention.
Atmosphere – Terrible. The seating was worn out, with torn upholstery and no sense of upkeep.
I’m honestly confused by the 5-star reviews. Just putting decorative elements on the plate doesn’t make up for food that tastes like it’s barely edible.

To add to the surprise, they were apparently awarded a Michelin star in 2024. If that’s true, the restaurant is certainly no longer living up to that standard.

Terrible food quality. Staff barely speaks clear English. Not worth your time nor money.

The serving girls was so rude, she was makinh faces when she was cominh to our table. we suppose to order more food but she is so ill mannered. very exausted..!! seems like she dont want to serve us..!! Even, at last billing time, she has no intertest to talk.!!

Plz work on your staff grooming..!!

Booked a table, reserved, waited for someone to come to our table and take the order for 25 mins, live music was over, we left. Disappointed.

It was my wife’s birthday. We chose Tamarind because it was our go-to place until now and we wanted to have good food on her birthday but it was ruined. We had ordered Malai Soya Chaap and Paneer Makhani. Malai Soya Chaap was very dry and tasteless. Paneer Makhani (No onion No Garlic) was horrible. Tasted sour. Server got us another one but tastes same.

I visited a restaurant and saw mice there. I recorded a video and left without finishing my meal. I’m not sure what steps to take next, but I did inform the staff. I wanted to know how I can report this restaurant. I have proof, including videos of the restaurant floor with mice, but I'm unsure what actions to take beyond posting a bad review. Other diners also saw mice, and one woman even shouted in the restaurant. We informed the staff, but they didn’t address the issue. There were also teenagers and newborns present, and this kind of unsanitary situation is unacceptable, especially for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Please avoid this place. The food didn’t taste good either—just overpriced with nothing special.
