Had a yummy veggie burger with a salad and some wine. Restaurant was short staffed but waitress always made sure she came back
Please hire someone who knows how to work in the hospitality industry, someone who understands the meaning of customer service, not someone who is rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. I just had the worst experience with the 'grab and go' around 9 PM. Additionally, the fish and chips I ordered were extremely oily, and the fries were stale.

The window and website say they open at 5, there are staff inside, but the doors are locked. I waited until 530 and the doors were still locked. Just eat before you get to this side of the airport

The place looked like a nice place to have a late breakfast at 11:45 am before our flight. We seated ourselves, the table was clean but felt sticky. The server came by fairly quickly, but didn't greet us. Just said "what do you want to order?" I asked for one of the breakfasts. She barks "breakfast is over", nothing else. I ordered a sandwich then, and a coffee. The response with that was "breakfast is over". I said I just want a coffee, and got "coffee is only with breakfast". She clearly wasn't interested in serving us or even being there. I looked at my group and suggested perhaps somewhere else. We all immediately got up. She didn't care.
I worked service, I get that there are bad days, but on those horrible days, there is always a way to find a basic politeness. We were happy to give our money to the other businesses nearby.

I ordered food around 12.30pm today. My boarding time is 1.10pm. And didn't get the food till 1.05pm. Very bad service, and they can't even remember where I was sitting when I went and speak to them. I had to leave without having my lunch.

All of the tables are filthy and sticky and still have dishes on them, despite the place being not very busy.
The menu offerings are pretty poor.
A Caesar is $22.
We just came from some of the best bars in all of Europe, and their drinks were half the price.
You are better off snacking on your fingernails in the terminal than eating here.

Unlike everyone else on this review thread, I was perfectly happy to be served a decent beer at 10:45 pm in the most remote, godforsaken outer reaches of this airport sterile environment, by a staff member who was friendly, helpful, and had access to beer. Everyone else in the throbbing hub of this workshy airport had gone home to bed, whilst Tap and Pour stay open in what equates to the Toronto equivalent of the Gobi Desert. Heroes.
Tap and Pour, I salute you.

1 star for Service because of Management. . ( Understaffed. Poor servers run off their feet. I asked Manager ( I think name was Dave ). why only 2 servers for a restaurant of 30 people sitting. His response is he didn’t realize how many flights were leaving. You’re an airport restaurant ?♀️. He spent more time walking around barking orders. I compliment the staff. Britney was awesome. Such a good worker but Over worked.

Took about 45 minutes to get the bill.
There was only 2 people on the restaurant, I was one of them. Awful.

I can’t remember a place worse than this one. Our family of 5 went in and sat ourselves and waited 20 mins wondering if we’d get served. There were 2 other tables with people eating and 5 people at the bar. We finally waved a male staff down who was cashing out a table and he said he’ll be right back. Waited another 5 minutes and saw him tend to another table who already had their food when we sat down and he asked them if they needed anything else. He then proceeded to go back to the bar and ignored us. Thats when I had enough and left. It wasn’t just us who were left unattended. There were others who came in and sat themselves while we waited 20 minutes and none of them were attended to either. This place is atrocious and is a big problem since it’s the only place with any semblance of a meal here in this wing of the airport (the Timmies don’t count).

Wow. Give yourself at least 40 mins before boarding time if you are planning to eat here. Severely understaffed . Saw 2 guys miss their flight, while sitting at our uncleaned table for 15 minutes before any attention.

Tables Filthy and no service. All the workers are at the kitchen talking while people at tables and bar are looking to get served or buy something. Worst restaurant experience i had so far.
