Taps Public House

Went to this location a couple of nights ago for a girls night and we had a great time. Not only the food and atmosphere was great, but our server Karolina made us feel really welcome and gave us great recommendations on food and drinks. I will definitely go back!!

I had a fantastic time at Taps Public House, all because of Karolina!! Karolina was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and professionalism really elevated our experience. Exceptional service like hers is the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Karolina!!!

We arrived as strangers. Hungry. Weak. Unsure. Tensions were high and morale was low. Then, like an angel, our waitress Karolina appeared. Like a beacon of hope she refilled drinks before despair set in, guided us through the menu like a seasoned warrior, and single-handedly prevented what could’ve been a catastrophic dinner collapse. I don’t say this lightly: she carried the night on her shoulders. Five stars. Standing ovation

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but the experience I had at Taps meant I had to make an exception.

My husband forgot that I asked him to book a place close by for our weekly scheduled date night last week (we had twins 6 months ago, so this is the only time we get 1 on 1). There we were with a babysitter, 2 sleeping babies, and nowhere to go on a Saturday night. I was in a terrible mood, pissed at him, and about to cancel the evening. He looked up Taps on Google, saw it had amazing ratings, and suggested we go there. I was hungry enough, so we went.

Everything changed when we got in the door - and it had nothing to do with my husband. We were led to our seats and our server was immediately taking our order and chatting with me. Our drinks came within a minute of ordering, too! Karolina slowly turned my night around - I was able to eat amazing food, have a few great drinks, and eventually call date night a success. I think I owe her commission for the free therapy!

Anyways - next time I head to Taps, I’m leaving my husband at home and grabbing drinks with my girl Karolina (once her shift is done).

Great experience at Taps Public House!
