Worst coffee place I have been to. Ignored for 5 minutes by 2 ladies talking to each other. No respect and poor service. Overpriced coffee and always closed. Save yourself the trip and go to Starbucks.

When I’m in campus and I have a long wait for the bus, I love coming to Second Cup for a nice drink! The drink options are super nice and they all taste so good! The only reason I give it one less star is because of it’s hours (sometimes it’s not open when I wish it was!). So sad it’s closed right now! I miss campus?

No efficiency at all. Two employees there don't know what people ordered when preparing drinks. There's always a long line in the morning but they are just chatting and letting us wait - I was late for class because of this.

Terrible service. The two employees will see you waiting and continue their conversation for a minute before you receive service. Hate going to this location for anything. The two employees need to be retrained or there needs to be a change.

Love the hot chocolates from here. Definitely recommend the vanilla bean hot chocolate if you’ve never had it. Plus I find the line up is usually not to bad at Second Cup.
