Poor customer service from both employees, but especially from the woman with white/blonde hair. They talk to eachother often and make customers wait, and complain about customers loudly, even if they're present and waiting for their order.

Worst coffee place I have been to. Ignored for 5 minutes by 2 ladies talking to each other. No respect and poor service. Overpriced coffee and always closed. Save yourself the trip and go to Starbucks.

When I’m in campus and I have a long wait for the bus, I love coming to Second Cup for a nice drink! The drink options are super nice and they all taste so good! The only reason I give it one less star is because of it’s hours (sometimes it’s not open when I wish it was!). So sad it’s closed right now! I miss campus?

No efficiency at all. Two employees there don't know what people ordered when preparing drinks. There's always a long line in the morning but they are just chatting and letting us wait - I was late for class because of this.
