Frustrating to work with them, completely ruined the birthday of my wife. None of my guests or parents had the cake. Had to buy another one on top of the 45$ we paid for this.Had requested specific instruction 3-4 times on the chat, then shared photos of what we wanted. They ended up giving a cake similar to one you find in nofrills for 6$.No accountability, they stopped replying. Would not trust these facebook marketplace/work out of basement 'bakery' ever again.
