This place was super disappointing. My friend was drinking a smoothie and she found something that looked suspiciously like paper towel… The drinks were also unnecessarily overpriced. $20.00 FOR 2 DRINKS?? And my friend had to suffer with that mysterious gross thing in her drink.

The staff’s attitude is awful

The staff look annoyed every single time I order anything and act as if serving customers bothers them. No smiles. No greeting. No basic courtesy.

My favorite spot to buy bubble tea! The quality is great, there are a lot of different options to choose from and the tea itself is delicious!

Despite claiming to be one of the largest Tea retailer worldwide, they really lack quality. Tried their Super Mango, mediocre taste with awfully tasting mango chunks in it. May be try using quality ingredients and real fruits to make your drinks!

Been here multiple times and I’ll keep coming back. Translated from Chinese, Ten Ren means ‘Heavenly Benevolence’—and their drinks truly take you there. Easily one of my top 5 snack spots

We ordered at the screen and didn't get a print out receipt, although it showed confirmation of our order. It was too hard to ask the staff because so many people were crowded around the counter. We waited, and then got close enough to see a ticket with our order number, thankfully, waiting to be filled. Eventually, a customer who ordered at the counter got her drink before us, even though we ordered before her. After 15min of waiting (for a basic watermelon juice), I asked if our order was being completed, and apparently they needed to make more watermelon juice. The staff member was in the back for another 5min before I asked again if she was working on it. The 2nd staff went to check on her and apparently she couldn't find the watermelon knife, which is why she was taking so long. I waited ANOTHER 5min before threatening to request a refund, as it now had been nearly 25min.... The girl in the back finally showed up, blended the fruit, poured my drink and handed it to me apologizing for the wait. The drink was only 'ok' - definitely not worth $12. I could have bought 2 full watermelons, and made my own juice, for that price! (and it would have been MUCH quicker!)

I would give 0 star for this bubble tea shop, low quality and the staff had really bad attitude. Ask for min sugar,gave me 0 sugar. Really bad taste

The only place I’ll be getting my bubble tea in Mississauga because it’s the only tea house that’s (1) reliable and (2) is actually a tea house / cares about brewing quality tea. Other bubbletea places are a hit or miss. This one isn’t. Hits at least 90% of the time.

I've never heard of like a frozen / icee boba before but it was phenomenal. The tapioca mixed so well with how cold it was. I absolutely loved it- one of the best boba teas I've had. Would absolutely come back to this location.

Went in today to get my regular tea at 11:30am. I drove all the way from Milton just to find out that tapioca would not be ready for another 35 minutes!!! They opened at 10am and still were not ready. All this time waisted on nothing... plus the girl whispered... could not hear anything she was saying. HUGELY disappointed :-(
