If you don't have tapioca, that fine but don't be rude when you tell the customer this. Its not the customers fault

This place got really busy this Saturday. Had no chance to even buy my favorite drink.

Alright … 2 stars because I do like the drinks here. But if I were to rate the service, I’d give 1, maybe even 0 stars. It’s not the first time I’ve had bad service here before but I never bothered to write a review about it cause I didn’t feel the need to … until now…I understand it’s the holidays, and granted, today was very busy. I anticipated a long wait time and waited very patiently.HOWEVER … once I noticed completed drinks were already lined up on their counter (not the customer pick up counter) - 5-6 drinks completed with one of them being mine, a slush drink - the waiting just didn’t sit well with me anymore as it’s been there. The store was continually busy and more customers were coming in to wait. You’d think you want to free up your counter by handing out the completed drinks to reduce the amount of people waiting and clear your space faster. BUT NO. Apparently, because the supposed “next” drink lined up wasn’t completed, the rest of the drinks had to wait and they apparently have to be handed out in order. The other completed drinks were sitting there for like 5 minutes …To add, this supposed next drink needed 2 employees to complete with just whipped cream and toppings. REALLY? Two people to complete the toppings for a drink? One was doing it while the other was just watching … Meanwhile you have 5-6 drinks on the counter ready to be handed out and instead of common sense kicking in and lessen the traffic in the already small store you have, you decide that it’s a smart choice to keep those people further waiting in the store because this “supposed” next drink needed to be completed by 2 employees vs ONE, and hand it out first.I placed my order at 4:56, through the kiosk, and didn’t get out until 5:26pm, even though my ONE drink was ready, ON THEIR COUNTER, for a better part of 3-5 minutes. Does it really take that long or does it ruin your process to take the ready drinks, call out the order, and put the drinks on the counter and allow customers to grab their order?? It’s not like you check people’s order anyway when they pick up.ADDITIONALLY, there was another employee, BESIDE THE PICK UP AREA, literally taking her sweet time, who passed by these ready to go drinks at least 3 times without anything in her hands, while the 2 employees were completing that “next in line” drink at the other end of the counter… a 4th employee was also there but she was taking orders - she’s probably the only one that deserve these stars.Once again, I understand it is a busy time given it’s the holidays, however, to have 2 people to complete a simple drink (and JUST toppings at that) and tell customers that the drinks have to go in order does not make sense when the drinks are just sitting there, with ice melting into the drink and/or losing it’s freshness. Sometimes, you need to pivot and look at the efficiency of your process when things get busy like this especially when the store is piling up with more customers and getting so hot. Who would want to drink a watered down drink?!Super disappointed. I truly don’t mind waiting when there’s a valid reason, but this just got ridiculous.

Bubble tea is really good. I also buy their 913 tea canister all the time for my mom and I.Even though their drinks and products are really good, service is meh and workers are generally rude with a "I don't care" attitude.I try to avoid talking to the workers as much as possible. Tried their self order kiosk and it didn't work the one day i wanted to use it (unlucky for me). Wish it worked all the time.

Drinks are great when made properly but one of the staff members is questionable. From the menu, ordered a Tea Infused Passionfruit Slush. I received a caffeine free Passionfruit Slush.I politely asked the staff member if there was tea in my drink, and if not, to remake it with tea.The staff member refused and was adamant in not remaking the drink. She only offered to pour tea on top of the existing drink and that if I wanted tea, I should have specified.I profusely apologized for my mistake in going to Ten Ren TEA to order a TEA-INFUSED Passionfruit Slush, and that I should have known to indicate that I wanted TEA in my TEA-INFUSED drink. It was my mistake that I did not see that the "caffeine-free option is available" meant that the TEA-INFUSED drink is by default without tea.The staff member finally agreed to remake my drink. Once completed, she served my drink and let me know that it was a communication error on my part, and that I should specify that I want TEA in my TEA-INFUSED drink.I, once again, apologized for my oversight and went my merry way.

Not a bad place to get some bubble tea. This place has been open at square one for 10+ years.Tried out their Scorpio Taro chiller. ♏️ Pretty good.

The lady who makes the bubble tea is crazily rude and shouts to customers!

Ordered two bubble teas. More then half the cup was ice. So right off the start, the valve proposition was poor. But that would've been okay if the drink itself tasted good. However it didn't.

very impatient with ordering, sad sanitary habit that they expose fruit under room temperature and no cap was added to the container, I could call food inspection inmediately. cashier is fine in attitude but the barista is absolutely terrible and THEY DO NOT KNOW what caffeine is when I express my intention to order a drink without caffeine. And is not catering AT ALL even ordering drink with hot water on the side(they charge you for the CUP, wow)

This place used to be good. I went there past weekend and when I ordered the bubble tea the girl that served me had a mask on. Did not think much of it. When she gave my bubble tea I put the straw in and took sip. As I was walking away I heard a big phlegmy cough. Still didn't think much of it. After I finished it and few hours later started coming down with a fever. Then took a COVID test and I was positive. Thanks for the overpriced bubble tea and a new natural booster of COVID. Stay home if your sick!
