The lady serving at cash was very nice but food was very subpar. We ordered 2 beef udon plates and there was no flavour to them. Hardly any sauce on the noodles even when we asked for extra sauce. Noodles were barely coated, still white in colour. And barely any beef. Pretty much all you get was unflavoured noodles and beansprouts. Very disappointed!

The lady on front desk was so rude , she showed me attitude like a boss , food was okk like 50-50 , for lady behaviour I recommend 0 star , i went there first time , now i am regret i just waste my money

Came to rate a 1 and realized I already did so I’m the past wish I’d remembered!! Horrible customer service literally trash talking the previous customer while preparing my food. Then I was ganged up on for not remembering to say no carrots. It’ll never happen again though no worries !! I wanted to cancel my order before they made it but just couldn’t bother was so hungry and tired

I’ve been coming to the Heartland location for many years and used to LOVE going to Teriyaki Experience. The food was always tasty, fresh, and plentiful. The last couple time I’ve been I’ve noticed the portions are smaller and the amount of meet has gotten skimpy. Today I went and ordered a spicy salmon sushi bowl and have to say that it was tasteless and small portion with most of it being rice. I asked for more spicy mayo because I like it spicy and the lady seemed reluctant. Aside from the spicy mayo, there was no flavour at all. After finishing the meal, I’m wondering what I should have for dinner now since the portion was small. Their spring roll has become dry now and mushy inside - doesn’t taste as fresh anymore. The portions and quality aren’t worth the price anymore, which is disappointing. I get food places are trying to recoup costs from Covid, although it’s always at the cost of the customer with less service and smaller portion. Teriyaki Experience has lost me as a customer.
